worked on core project on Birchcliff , Scarborough where Mazenga was suppose to be GC.They are a disaster, do not want to pay designers, pull out site super , cancelled installation of tower crane, everything takes 100 times more with no crane, project screwed up from footings , many changes come too late to site, structure designed by a Mikey mouse company collapsed , demolitions instead of construction, cheap site supervisors brought by Core trying to finish the project who will never be finished by these deadly combination . Smell corruption from 1000 km , no developer will use a general contractor who is not even present on site, all his staff run away.
