Regular visitor to this fine establishment!! Out of all the different shops in Kingston, Northern Helm is by far my go to!! After stopping in today I was greeted by Lex who always takes the time to ensure you feel welcome whether it’s only you in shop or the place is packed!! Today was the later and she did not disappoint! When I arrived there was 3 other customers in the store and after ensuring the people ahead of me were seen to Lex showed me some new items and product and even helped me pick out a nice Bevy to beat the heat today!! Will continue to shop here do to the friendliness and professionalism of the staff as well as the warm smiles that always great you at the door!! 10/10!!
