We had this for a late dinner tonight (Mon. May 5th), after some shopping at Fairview Mall, and the workers behind the counter this evening were absolutely fantastic! We were offered a sample of the Hawaiian chicken as we were waking around, contemplating what place we would order from.We enjoyed the sample, and decided to order and try the Hawaiian combo. We had some modifications due to some allergies, but the employee working the grill was so understanding, and made everything so that it was great tasting, and safe, for us to eat.They both went over and above what I normally expect for service, and we were both sure to inform them of how exceptional and caring their service was. This restaurant should be very proud of these two employees, and please be sure to remind them that their care for the customer does not go unnoticed.I only gave 5 ⭐️, as that is all it allows me.So here…⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️…♾️

They had halal chicken option :) we tried the spicy teriyaki and chicken skewers meal. Both meals were tasty and they made it fresh on the counter:) behaviour was also very nice!

The food and staff here are above and beyond! I would give 6 stars if I could. The gentleman taking our order allowed us to sample all the meat, before purchase and we didn't even ask! All the meat we tried was amazingly flavorful and cooked well. We ordered one meal, and the both of us could not finish because the servings are huge!I love that they advertised the Halal meat as well. I would definitely recommend to anyone!

ALERT! THIS IN NOT HALAL!Thankfully I evidently look Muslim with the long beard and trimmed moustache and the Indian guy at the cash register asked me if I wanted halal? Since I was trying to order a beef dish. He clarified that only their Chicken skewers are halal and nothing else.I did order the meal with chicken skewers.This prompted me to have a conversation with the owner, as he was the one preparing the food on the hot plate/grill. I, in a friendly demeanor told him that if they place a Halal logo on their counter, most Muslims would assume that the entire menu is Halal. Which is not the case with them, as they only have chicken skewers that are from a halal supplier. He acted as if he understood the concern and told me that he would remove the logo from the front. I have waited a couple months before posting this review, waiting for them to realize the mistake and remove the logo. However, the logo is still there (see the recent picture I am posting here).I also saw that he wasn't using a different hot plate and tools for the halal meal. Everything went on the same hot plate/grill and was prepared using the same tools as the meal before.Never going back here again.

Delicious chicken teriyaki, udon soup, ramen soup, bubble tea. I've been coming to this location for chicken teriyaki with rice for over 17 years. The staff here also offer free samples. Always delicious food, always friendly and good service!

Not sure where all these other people have been eating. Teriyaki Experience has the best tasting food in the mall easily. Not to mention freshly made. The beef teriyaki and spicy chicken is easily my favorite meal, a few levels over the other fast food restaurants around it.

Ordered 1 kids meal, and it took over 20 minutes to have it prepared. It was Easter Monday and not very busy. There was no communication/acknowledgement from the employees about the length of time we were waiting. Will not order from there again.
