Getting First Call Heating and Airconditioning to Install my new Furnace, air-conditioner, humidifier, hot water tank was the best decision. Everything was so smoothly, Heath came and explained everything, and priced it all out, including getting Halo Power, Kevin and his guys to replace our very old and out of date electrical panel. Everything went so smoothly and the workers were the best, such excellent work they went above and beyond. First Call Heating & Air Conditioning were the utmost professional when doing repairs on my Furnace in December/2022, during that cold snap, they were quick, clean and knowledgeable when it come to answering all my concerns.When the 2 parts I required were installed, I noticed right away one of the motors made a sound that drove me crazy. 2 days after install I called there offices and they were able to replace that motor within a week of its noticeable defect. First Call Heating jumped quickly at fixing the problem. I would and will recommend this company to all that require these type of services. They were even able to give me a senior discount. I had First Call come to do one of the three estimates for a new AC installation. Their quote was quite a bit lower for an AC unit of equivalent size, efficiency and quality as the other two vendors plus they offered excellent warrant coverage.The installers did a very nice job with the installation. The work was done in good time and it looks great. They ran the unit for some time to check the performance and make any required adjustments. Before they left, they went through all of the things one should know about central air conditioning and answered any questions I had. I would highly recommend First Call to anyone looking for a new AC unit for the summer. I will be using them for a replacement furnace install when the time comes.

Thank you Hart and First Call. When I arrived home during our last cold snap my thermostat was reading a whopping 14 degrees. The furnace was blowing nothing but cold air. Even though it was after hours, Hart was able to come out and get us up and running temporarily that night. Unfortunately the permanent fix required a part that he needed to order. He showed me the work around to keep the furnace operating until the new part was installed. Always nice having heat while it is -20.Two days later Hart was back and the new part installed. He was prompt, polite and informative. If I ever need help again, they will be my first number dialed.Thanks again Hart.

We had First Call install a new furnace one year and central air conditioning the next. The salesman had one characteristic very important to us - he was not pushy. Everyone from this company who showed up at our place was courteous, knowlegeable, effiicient, informative. I highly recommend First call without any reservation.

Upon phoning First Call to notify them that our furnace had quit on a -19 degrees C morning, they sent a technician before 8:00 am - he was able to repair the problem, was very thorough and explained what was happening to our furnace. After a discussion, and since our furnace is about 20 years old, we have made arrangements to have a new furnace installed. After accepting the proposal made the necessary arrangements for installation. The Installers were also very professional, neat, clean and also willing to explain and answer any questions we had.
