Walmart Photo Centre

Go to Costco it's more cheap there. We were on this location at 1040 the staff there didn't know what to Do. She photographed this baby then let us sign up then she's telling us the cost of 3 person for a passport id is $72 plus tax. I didn't even know where she got that number. I'm ready to pay now then she told she can't find a key for the passport photo and I asked her to call her manager. The staff knowledge in the area us very very poor. All staff should knowledgeable in solving any problem.

Never sent me a confirmation that my order was ready for pickup. The photo book ordered was average in quality, but very good for its price.

The quality of the ornaments that I bought was terrible. Nothing was lined up. On one ornament the name I put was nice and big with the picture small and hard to see. And the next ornament the name was So small you couldn't even see it but the picture looked great. When I went to the store nobody seemed to know where to look for my order. The worst was the staff there's one lady in there that says she doesn't know what she's doing and she's been working there for over a year. I am just over 9 months pregnant and she made me stand there and wait for someone that was helping everyone else in line. The other staff didn't care either except for one fellow. I wish I could remember his name. If it wasn't for him I don't know who would run that photo center. I only went here cause I thought it would be a good deal on photo ornaments. I will never do that again

Outrageous preis for passport photos...dont even try...Go anywhere else except walmart photo...

The quality of the items I got done with the next day pick up were great. Online it had said some of the quality wouldnt turn out good but it all turned out great.Would have gave 5 stars but the pick up photo area was unmanned both times and it took them awhile to come when they were called.

Print quality is poor. Ordered photos online, they were ready for pick up very quickly but prints were very grainy even though digital images were high quality professional photos. Colors were very very off- faces were red and blotchy. Dealing with customer service for a refund was a nighmare. Was told to go back to the store more than once, though the store couldnt actually process the refund anyway. Big time-waster. The folks at the store gave zero F's about any of it. I very much recommend anyone looking for prints go somewhere, anywhere else unless you're in a serious hurry and your expectations are very very low.
