We got to know Dale & his team at Roadhouse over several years while they built a custom home for us in Vancouver. Overall we were thrilled with the outcome. Particularly appreciated Dale's willingness to take on a somewhat challenging build, and put in extra time to work out the details we were looking for. He also committed to finding ways to help us achieve our goal of a truly energy efficient home. The team was professional, hard-working and fun to be around. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company for a new build or a renovation.

Roadhouse Homes completely changed our home 10 years ago. From design, Roadhouse Homes transformed a typical 1950’s bungalow into the one and a half story custom house we currently live in. Roadhouse saved us out of a bad builder situation, and we were glad to have our custom home built by Dale. Everything was completed on time, on budget, and professionally done. Building a home is a very stressful experience, but Dale communicated everything and kept us at ease throughout the entire process.

Dale and Shane worked together with my wife and I to build our dream home. The process was seamless and always pleasant. It can be very stressful to build a home but we never had any issues or concerns the entire build. The craftsmanship is of an extremely high level, to the point that we had other tradesman admiring the workmanship as they walked past our build and comment on how well it was being put together. Five years in and the house is still perfect. Whenever we had any concerns, Dale and Shane would address them in a timely fashion and always with their typical good nature. We really can't say enough about how positive our experience was with Roadhouse.

The guys did a great job on our extensive home renovation. They didn't take shortcuts and stayed within our agreed budget.

When we purchased our home we used Roadhouse Homes to do extensive renovations to the interior. They did everything from the Kitchen and Living spaces to the bathrooms. They worked with us and the designer to ensure we had what we wanted, made adjustments when we asked and gave advice when we needed it. We love our home / the outcome of the renovations. Also the owner baked us an apple pie for the final walk through which was excellent!
