I was staying at one of City Life Suites' fabulous downtown properties in Victoria for five weeks while on the island for a work commitment and was thoroughly satisfied with everything about the experience. From the central location to the fabulous views to the comfy accommodations, everything was outstanding.And they've really looked after the little things - details and little nuances that made the whole stay feel like home. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the essentials, the beds were equipped with extra sheets and pillows, the living room had a great selection of board games for when I had company, and the television even had the sports channels I needed to keep up with baseball season.The site managers were always easily available by phone and email when I had a question and were attentive to all of my varied needs during my stay.Top notch!!

This is an easy 5 star review for our two and a half month stay during the winter of 2023. The unit was squeaky clean, very comfortable, and easily the best equipped rental of any we have stayed at. Melissa and Rod promptly attended to the few small needs we had and made our arrival and departure smooth and effortless.This unit is very convenient to the downtown tourist" core -it's pretty much 2 blocks to anything you might want to see as a visitor to Victoria. Being in the downtown means there is some noise to contend with so be prepared.We enjoyed our stay very much and would not hesitate to deal with City Life Suites again."

We had a wonderful stay at Coastal Haven. Melissa and Rod were excellent hosts.The beautiful condo looked exactly like the photos.Close to downtown and the harbour, all easily walkable.Lots of restaurants, parks and museums close by too.With a well stocked kitchen with quality pots, pans and appliances and BBQ. Hi Speed Internet and two large HD TVs.Stunning views from 3 balconies.And very comfortable beds.Highly recommended!

Melissa and Rod of City Life Suites have set the hospitality bar to new heights! The professional service provided from booking to check-in and check-out was of the highest standard, as was the accommodation weenjoyed for six weeks. The warmth and friendliness of our hosts was an unexpected pleasure. All in all, an exemplary downtown Victoria experience which we would gladly repeat with the help of City Life Suites.

PERFECTION!!We have been clients of City Life Suites for 6 years. In that time we have stayed in a few suites and each one has been immaculate , as shown on the website , very comfortable and very well- equipped. Added to that perfection are the owners , Rod and Melissa. They are, without exaggeration the epitome of perfect. Professional, knowledgeable, honest, friendly, concerned about their clients and a lovely couple to work with.Just a few examples….We are met at the designated suite by either Rod or Melissa at any time. Our first meeting was at MIDNIGHT where we were shown around the suite and condo building. The suites have always been stocked with fruit , bread , milk, cream , jam -morning ‘necessities, and also home baking by Melissa. Also, Rod and Melissa are available for any help you might need 24/7! Reread that. 24/7. We had a building issue ( not a City Life Suite issue) and Rod was at our door almost instantly, and fixed the problem. Above and beyond!All this is to say that we HIGHLY recommend City Life Suites without reservation- both the accommodation and the owners .

Mellisa and Rod are the best forever! I asked them everything about Victoria as I am a freshman here. The suite is really cozy and it made me feel like my second home, the most important point here is I only need to bring my clothes here and buy some food but nothing else! Saved me tons of time! Overall, I would recommend to everyone who want to find a cozy place in Victoria and supported by the best service from Mellisa and Rod! Five star for 100% sure!

City Life Suites, managers Rod and Melissa are fantastic! Very professional business managers, very efficient care of condos and very friendly and wonderful to their clients ( renters ) They’ve been looking after us for several years and we do not have one tiny complaint! Anyone can rent with them and be 100% confident!

Moving to Victoria for a four-month internship, I came across the Pacific Studio suite. The booking was seamless, and I had a pleasant stay. The suite had great balcony views and was stylishly decorated, well-kept and fully furnished with all the necessary appliances in good condition to make it feel like home. Also, Melissa and Rod were amazing hosts throughout my stay. They were always attentive to my needs and easy to reach with fast, professional, and detailed replies. Overall, I had nothing but exceptional experiences, so I highly recommend City Life Suites.

I have stayed with Rod & Melissa before and they have always been great hosts. But now they really have outdone themselves. I was scheduled to come out West and with 2 weeks to go there was a family emergency and I had to cancel my trip. They could have quoted their cancellation policy and told me to claim against my credit cards cancellation insurance but they didn't. Instead they worked with me. They went above and beyond to quickly find another booking to replace me so they could give me a refund. This made my life much easier and I am very appreciative.

Another wonderful stay with CityLife. Melissa and Rod are lovely, attentive hosts, and make everything comfortable and easy. My flight into Victoria was horrendously delayed and I ended up arriving around 11pm. Rod met me and was so welcoming and helpful, and Melissa called a day or two later to make sure I knew all I needed to about the building and the flat.The Tranquility Suite in the Astoria Building is cozy and light-filled with a little balcony looking out onto the garden-pathway between the Astoria and the neighbouring building. The photos in the listing are spot-on - they show the flat very well. Top-end linens and appliances, tasteful art and decor... all the amenities and comforts of home are at your fingertips, and the building is quiet and secure. Love the gym and the common area - I made use of both and neither were ever crowded or noisy.The neighbourhood is quiet and safe, with little street noise, good dining options very close by. The walking distance to shopping (food & otherwise) and dining in Cook Street and the Inner Harbour is perfect, and I loved being so close to Beacon Hill Park. I did have to get around a little for work, and I found the bus service easy, cheap, safe, and convenient with a main stop about 4 minutes' walk from the flat.I thoroughly enjoyed my winter-time 6-weeks here and can't say enough about how professional, personable, and friendly Melissa and Rod are. ❤️
