I made an appointment to get my nails done here. I was 5 minutes early and they greeted me and told me to sit at a certain station. I waited over 45 minutes and no one said a word to me and I obviously did not get my nails done. I understand if they are running late, but it’s not hard to tell me that. I will never come back and I will make sure to tell ppl about the very very poor service I got, if you can call being ignored service!

Was a great pedicure. Got me in right away. Cute design on the toes. Great price. I love going here for my pedicure.

They like to reuse the little yellow tough sponges to finish off taking the callouse off your feet. im pretty sure that's unsanitary.When you get the basic pedicure, they don't put anything in the water. They almost seem offended if you do not use their deluxe pedicure.I only go here when everywhere else is booked.

I can’t say enough good things about this place!!! The gentleman has been doing my nails for the past 5 years I have lived in Medicine Hat and always fresh new ideas for me to try when I visit! Thank you for squeezing me in tonight

Service is good, They seem to always find a way to fit you in fairly quickly but its too expensive.

Had an appointment and they were almost 45 minutes behind but took walk ins right when I confirmed my appointment at the desk 5 minutes before my appointment time.They didn’t remove all of my polish before continuing so I now have two different colours.Also didn’t do a full callous removal which I specifically asked for.

They were very busy but I still wish they would have taken more time to do a bit better job. Prices are very good and staff seem to know what they are doing, but it is definitely not a place to go for a relaxing manicure or pedicure.

I've been here twice and each time their services have been exceptional! Super friendly service, fair prices, and they have an incredible eye for detail. 10/10 recommend!

I went to this salon first time and I even don’t know what Color I want for my nails. The lady said,” you have only limited time to chose your nails color, we don’t have much time for the customer, as we have more appointment to go through. First of all they should keep enough time for customer, so they can satisfied with their job. Secondly, she haven’t shorter my own nails, even not clean my nail cuticles. Moreover, she made my nails very dull, and later I found that she made my nails little wavy rather than straight. And I just got one color and one nail sparkle on it with white heart. They unusual charge $40, but they got $57 from me. I do not recommend any of my friend to go there.
