Pacific Stone, Granite, Marble & Tile

Pacific r&r'd our 15 year-old white quartz and upgraded us to a beautiful Sandalous Quartzite. They installed over 100 square feet and did an outstanding job! Fits and finish are perfect, seamless quite frankly. The guys were so thorough, very clean & detail oriented in the install process, and on timeline. I would highly recommend the Pacific family for any stone or Granite work, as they provide quality product, professional service and customer satisfaction at a very competitive price. Great job on a challegning project, at competitive costs. The sales rep, and installers were all very pleasant, professional and prompt to work with. We did our own contracting and design for our bathroom reno. This involved a complex install of a quartz shower tray, and 2cm quartz on the shower walls, vanity countertop, and around the back of the tub. Pacific stone was selected after several bids, based on their capability and the known quality of their work (they previously did a great job in our kitchen). As we were bath-reno newbies, our rep was very helpful with design suggestions, product selection, and practical how-to" advice. She kept on the case of our shower tray provider when delivery was delayed due to shipping damage and COVID (no fault of Pacific Stone). Their template expert was a master of precision

I’m a do it yourself type. I did a makeover on a1979 kitchen but had new counters supplied and installed by Pacific Stone. Lori was extremely helpful as I am a total novice regarding counters. We found a wonderful product and everything went smoothly right through to the installation. I caused a few delays and made some changes after the initial plan. None of that was a problem for them. I would definitely recommend them.

The folks at Pacific were all very professional and courteous throughout our kitchen project. Our quartz had a number of intricate details and required piecing together in a very precise manner. We are very pleased with the result and would absolutely recommend them.

I worked with Pacific Stone on a $60k + install and they were very knowledgeable and professional. The quality of work on a complicated install was great! We encountered a material issue that resulted in a warranty item but they quickly resolved the issue in a complicated location without argument, which is rare. I was so impressed that they will be doing my countertops in my personal home and I will be looking to work with them again on large projects.
