I had been waiting for the book missing on the list, namely Origines which was already paid . When I realized there was a book missing and called customer service last week the lady on the call assured that I will receive the book very soon. I was being patient waiting and called to verify why I still don’t have the book delivered and my kid will go to school soon? The lady on the second call said the book was not sent and will be sent out the next morning without any apologies. What is unacceptable is she was in such a rush to hang up on me and get away with it. Hope you can improve your service as so many students depend on you!
