extremely stupid and terrible service, the driver delivered my package to the wrong place after 6 days and when i checked with the Canada post to find it, they didn't help me to find and solve the problem, the service is really slow and time-consuming!

This is the worst customer service i ever experienced in my life. i never thought i would be treated differently just because of my skin color especially from a manager. Her name was Kim, manager of post canada located at 1365 Huron St, London. I provided all the information and government issued identification card needed to pick up my delivery but the manager insisted that i have forged documentation after acknowledging my black skin. she told me in her words that this things can be forged thus i refuse to accept them. there was a white colored couple come after me while i stood there and watched while she went ahead and accepted the same type of identification that i provided to her and she was able to provide them with the services they needed with a full smile but i still got denied to pickup my package even tho i have all the required documents. this is unreal to me. i will never use canada post service again and would not recommend to any person in color to use this service. we are living in multicultural and multiracial county in modern age but the black race is still being refused from getting the same service at canada post. we pay the same amount but we don't get same service. personally it felt like i made a mistake of choosing canada post rather than other delivery companies such as Fedex.

Bunch of extremely by-the-books robots working here. If you're out of tape or need to borrow a market for 15 seconds, go to literally any other Canada Post.I waited a good 10 minutes behind one customer just to ask if I could use a Sharpie and eventually left the line to really nicely ask Zach - who was behind the counter - if he could pass me the one two steps away from him (rather than making the now 6-person line wait while I fill out the address) I called him by name, was really nice, and Zach just told me to wait in the now-extra-long line that I just left so that I could ask the extremely busy lady for one. He then walked away to refill milk.The next day I learned that I probably wouldn't have gotten that Sharpie anyway. I came back and the guy in front of me took a solid 10 minutes again to ship an item. He asked if he could use the tape and the lady told him he had to purchase tape - they can't provide any. This then resulted in a multiple minutes long debate about why she can't just toss a piece of tape on the box. It's a post office - they have tape. They sell boxes without tape yet made this poor dude spent 6 bucks on packing tape that he left on the counter when he left. I travel a lot and this is easily one of the slowest and least helpful Canada Post locations I've ever been to in the entire country.

Most of the staff at this post office is not correctly trained to work with the public.Being polite and kind doesn’t cost anything and would help Canada Post to create a positive image at least for the service provided to the clients.

I think the PO manager K" should take a step back and realize they are paid by Shopper's not Canada Post. I was told by K that Canada Post stopped shipping internationally unless customs document's are filled out online. (100% lie) K just doesn't like typing info into the computer. Sorry for the rates Canada Post charge K can deal with it"

The delivery person wrote some illegible garbage on the delivery notice, stuck it to my door, and threw the piece of paper they ripped off the notice (to reveal the sticky part) on my porch. Classy.By the way... they wasted my time as my delivery wasn't at the store yet when I drove there since nobody in the world could make sense of the kindergarten scratches on this piece of paper where the pickup time is supposed to be written.At least the lady who works for Canada Post inside this Shoppers is very nice.

Poor serviceToday was my last day to pick up my important letter before 9pm. I call them and let them know that i will be there at 8pm and im here at 8pm but they tell me that they sent my letter back today after i called them and told them i will be there. Why would they send the letter back 1 day before the deadline?????The csr didnt have the answer for that and kept blaming her co worker.Cant rely on canada post

One of the staff there is terrible in dealing with customers. She is an old lady who happens to be the manager of the office! She is always so harsh, curt and rude. The worst experience I've ever had in a post office is with her and I cannot digest her behavior whenever I remember it.The other staff are good or just okay.
