Diana is incredible. Her prices are the best, her selection of jewelry is endless, and her work is fantastic. I have a lot of involuntary ticks which can sometimes cause discomfort in some of my piercings, Diana is always there to adjust them as needed and never makes me feel like a bother. Best piercer in BC hands down.

Diana is absolutely excellent! I grow keloids (extra scar tissue that doesn’t go away) and I lost a piercing I had gotten when I was young (done by someone else) because of this. I was so nervous to try again that I waited years. I finally got the courage to try again and I found Diana. She gave me a chance to just come in and even chat about the piercing with no pressure to get it. After talking for a few minutes I decided to go for it back in August. It’s now January and I haven’t grown a single keloid due to the piercing and it is healing beautifully! She did an absolutely amazing job even with the large amount of scar tissue she had to go though and I would 100% recommend her to everyone I know. Her knowledge of technique, jewellery types pros and cons, and instructions is great.

Super clean and bright little studio, Diana was professional and honest with what I can expect from my piercing. She worked with my anatomy, and she was able to find a compromise that suited what I wanted, but also gave me a realistic healing process as well. Would absolutely recommend to anyone!

Me and two friends all got nose piercings, and it was a great experience. I didn't know too much going in but Diana was extremely informative without being boring about it. She had a ton of jewelry options in a variety of sizes and styles.She measured everything and let us see various placement options. We never felt rushed or pushed.She gave very detailed cleaning instructions as well.I would 100% go back to her for any future piercings and would recommend her to friends.

I just took my daughter to get her ears pierced! Diana was so sweet and gentle with her. Good selection of earring to pick from and very clean and organized. Made the process so quick. She went through the aftercare with us and my daughters ears had no issues, they don’t hurt and she is very happy with her pink bling! Thank you for making this experience amazing! Diana pierced a double nostril to match my other side of doubles and she lined it up so evenly! She is so good at explaining things about the jewelry and how to get the best look based on what i want and the shape of my face (and ears for other piercings). 10/10!

Diana is absolutely amazing!!! She has so much knowledge on what jewelry is best to use to how one can even change the colour of the jewelry from silver to a golden colour (which she is able to do in shop for a small fee)! Had an amazing experience getting my daughters ears done! The numbing cream was golden barely a tear and she loves her “purple earrings” I love that they are a good quality metal. And the holes are perfectly lined up. She did great keeping my daughter still so she could get straight piercings. Just loved our experience and the end result.
