Splendid Canada Travel

The staff was okay when purchasing the package then quickly changed the attitude when asking for refund. Our flight got cancelled and the airline refunded to us but the travel agent withheld the refund one month and said we’re “childish and didn’t understand the refund policy”. Besides, they didn’t provide a contract to sign or inform you all the risks and liabilities of their services term. When we contacted them they began to scold us and yelled at us for being “too pushy for the refund”and later on blocked us. They lied to TICO that I granted them a consent for the refund. I’m wondering how this travel agent operates the business based on that attitude and service? :)

打电话咨询回国机票, 工作人员不是太专业, 有点轻蔑的语气说你们机票便宜的时候不来买等贵了再来问???听起来有点好笑, 第一次打电话问机票价钱

Worst tour ever, from the beginning, bus was late, told different people different time to meet, so missed the lunch missed the train, spent the whole day on the bus, will never join again
