Really exceeded our expectations. There were different sized pillows (flat, fluffy and mid-fluffy), which most hotels don't have. Place was clean and the bed was comfy. We were grateful they were dog friendly and waited for us when we checked in late - big thanks.

I'm vaccinated but from reading how this owner handles their customers and complaints, I would NEVER stay here and would NEVER recommend anyone stay here. Being a private business, you need all the help you can with building your brand, and that comes mostly from customer service and word of mouth. I hope this place gets shut down for how they have discriminated. Shame on you, and take some simple courses on customer service or maybe open a McDonalds franchise instead of a hospitality business.

Nice rooms, older but well maintained. Great location in the heart of Hope. Many restrictions and shops within 1 minute walk.

Pleasant stay at this motel. Extremely clean and had all the amenities we needed from mugs, coffee machine, microwave and fridge to comfortable clean beds and very clean bathroom. The front desk was good help too! Happy we found this place!

The room was well equipped and had been recently renovated. Very clean. The best part was the very kind and helpful staff. Would be happy to stay here again.

We enjoyed our one night stay. It was extremely hot outside, but the air conditioning kept the room cool and comfortable. There was a hand drawn map in the room, of all the local attractions. Unfortunately we didn't make use of it due to the extreme heat outside. The WiFi worked very well.

Our recent stay convinced us this is one of the best places to stay in Hope. Many motels of this era suffer from mildew in the walls, cold floors in the winter and a lack of cleanliness. The Park Motel is well maintained, warm, clean and smells mildew-free! The management clearly pays attention to the details as even the towels smelled fresh.

This is now our fave place to stay in Hope. Our room was immaculately clean and very comfortable. It was quiet and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

Great place to stay , I loved how neat, spacious and clean the place is maintained . There is also a good brunch place nearby .
