Premier rdv à cette clinique et je veux remercier toute l'équipe pour leur accueil chaleureux, leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme. Je n'ai pas eu à attendre non plus.Merci au Dr Mark Gans pour son expertise, ses références et sa bonne humeur. Je suis entre bonnes mains pour la suite!J'aimerais ajouter que cet endroit est accessible car j'y suis allé en fauteuil roulant. Je recommande sans hésitation!

Mon optométriste me réfère au Dr. Gans par fax (la seule manière d'être référée). Ils ne m'ont jamais contactée. Un mois plus tard, je les contacte donc. On me donne un r-v pour quelques semaines plus tard.Je me présente à mon r-v. Il y avait plus de 2h d'attente. La secrétaire me dit que c'est toujours comme ça et que c'est comme ça partout". Or

Very pleased with my mom's eye check up exam appointment today. Dr Alla is very nice. She took the time to explain step by step to my mom who does not speak English very well. She provided quality care. Staff is very professional. The technician that helped us was very nice and patient as well.

First time here. Staff was very friendly and patient, dr super nice also. It took a few months to see someone but it was well worth it. I was pleasantly surprised that they didn’t charge me for the $120 an eye scan that i don’t need. All other places i called insist that you paid for this scan. Everything went through my health card so i didn’t pay for anything.
