From the boss or manager being a ignorant pig to their incompetence when it comes to gathering orders, I have spent nearly $400 on welding cable alone in the passed couple months, to have to return back every time because they cut the cable up and leave gashes every 6 inches or sell me the wrong stuff.I should not have to treat this place like a McDonald's and check the bag and it's contents everytime I pick up an order.Princess auto turns out to have better prices. Cya

Very Helpful parts staff, Company is managed very well. They always seem to have what you are looking for unlike their competition down the road, FGI who never has parts in stock and always has to order them.

I called for a part and they quoted it and put aside for pickup, when I arrived they increased the price by 20% without telling me, being I had already tapped my card, they refused to honor the quoted price and asked if I wanted a refund. Not very ethical or helpful. Probably should have given 1 star.

The product was as expected but the customer service was lacking. No respect for time. They said we will call you when it is ready in about an hour. 3 hours later, no call. We call and they say oh didn't someone call you , I don't know why no one called. When I went to pickup after we called to confirm it was ready, I was met with , did we even call you yet ? No... we called you.Wasted a good day worth of work waiting on this business.

Not very helpful when it comes time to have a defective item replaced under warranty. I won't make any other shop or tool purchases with Greggs when I can get excellent service from our local suppliers.

Great products and always have what I need. My only constructive criticism would be sometimes it's hard to get their attention standing at the front desk. There's a lot of people sitting at computers and not a lot attending the front desk.
