Very positive experience, response at the the house within 4 hours. Andrew was very good gave me options and also what I believe to be good advice. Water tanks just do not last like they used to.Thank the big box stores driving the quality down. that's my opinon,not any one else.My first tank lasted 28 years, this one 9.I have no issues recommending Tri-City Plumbing,I have no hesitation using them again ,. this is a great local company! I would highly recommend Tri-City Plumbing. The owner Keith is very helpful and responsive. I had an emergency and they fit me in as soon as they could. Mark fixed the problem in no time all while being very professional and super tidy. They are very knowledgeable about their business and honest. I won't use anyone else.

I was extremely impressed with the professionalism , responsiveness and thorough service tri city plumbing did on my residence. I had alot of problems and had different people look at it but tri city was able to determine the problems and fix them very quickly and efficiently. Their staff is very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. They will be getting all of my business in future. I highly recommend them for any plumbing issues you need repairing or for installations.

Within a few minutes upon meeting Marc I could tell he knew his stuff and he gained my trust. We called you guys as we knew we needed a little work done for our kitchen reno to fix some problem areas done by a previous owner.I explained to him that this was going to be my forever home and so I wanted to do things right—especially while the walls were open. He assessed the work and made recommendations and gave the reasons why he made those recommendations in language I understood. In the end we redid the whole home! Marc was an excellent communicator throughout the project. Kept me informed but also didn’t disturb me while I was on work calls, and for areas where he needed feedback from me he ensured he used my time effectively. This is important to me because I do have many meetings throughout the day.He kept the work area tidy and his work was so precise. My husband and I really cannot say enough great things about him. Even our dog loved having him here. One of the other amazing things Marc did was we had a gas fitter run a gas line to our kitchen for a new stove. Marc noticed that the fitter made a mistake and made sure to make me aware but he did this in a very professional way that didn’t call down the other contractor. This really sat well with us and that issue is now being resolved.

I had a leaking thermal expansion valve on my hot water tank and called Tri-City plumbing. The lady on the phone was super nice and helpful, they had a plumber in my area for a different job and managed to be on site 4 hours after I called. The problem was repaired on hour later. Very professional, overall great service. I can highly recommend Tri-City Plumbing!

I've used Tri-City when I rented and now with my own place. They are great. Love Sharla - friendly and helpful with all my questions. Mark who installed my hot water heater - excellent. Guy doesn't break a sweat on the hottest day of year. Great group. Highly recommend.

After reaching a few plumbers, I picked Tri-City as the owner Keith was responsive, polite and thorough when providing estimate.His crew was extremely polite and made sure to keep the place clean as they worked.I would definitely recommend to any of my friends.

I contacted Tri-City Plumbing to address a water pressure/volume issue at our residence (couldn't do two things at once such as fill the tub and use the dishwasher, and pressure wasn't sufficient to use our outside water sprinkler). Manager Keith Hankins stopped by to assess the situation and then scheduled a couple of professional plumbers on his team to fix the problem. The night before they came, our sewer system backed up into our downstairs tub/toilet/laundry sink. I panicked because I had never experience this before. I called the Tri-City emergency phone number and spoke to Ravi who talked me through what happened and was able to calm me down and advise me to not flush anything until the team showed up the following morning. The next day, Brad and Phillippe showed to fix the original issue (great job by the way, totally pro) and proceeded to take on a 2nd task of dealing with my sewer backup crisis. It was a fairly serious issue but nothing they couldn't handle. Even Keith showed up to see how things were going and the decisions that were made ended in a successful cleaning of my sewage system all the way to the end of my property. Great cleanup, too. Clearly I can't give enough props to Tri-City Plumbing. Excellent work, very personable and professional.I first called Tri-City back in Feb 2021 when we purchased some new appliances and needed our new dishwasher installed properly. I spoke to Keith Hankins who, once again, was so personable that I mentioned a few other issues we were having such as a hammering in our pipes when we turned on our tub faucets. He personally came out to assess these issues and was very knowledgeable, helpful, even generous with his knowledge. He then scheduled one of Tri-City Plumbing's many professional plumbers to take care of the issues and I was very pleased with the whole experience then as well. As the song goes, ...who you gonna call?...""

We had a plugged toilet that needed to be loooked at. Called Tricity in the morning and by lunch time Brad was there to fix the problem. Super professional and friendly service. WIll for sure recommend Tri-City to anyone. Will always be our first call as well. Thanks again to Tri-City Plumbing!
