I detest the new rules here as I’m unlikely to make it in time for a shower after work now. That doesn’t change the fact Langs is a legit organization in my eyes and The Hub a great resource for people of all ages, but still...

I have never been disrespected by s doctor before in my life. Doctors are suppose to be there to help you and to have a doctor raise her voice at my wife and it’s ok because Dr. Callaghan was “angry”. I had a horrible interaction with this office in late November as they did everything in their power to not see me as it was a virus I had. I went to a walk in clinic and it turns out I had bronchitis and had received medicine. I got “angry” also at the care that Langs did not provide me and that is not ok. So if you want to be yelled at by a doctor that does not want to help you then by all means please go to Langs.

Reception is very rude, they seem annoyed that they have to perform the basic duties of their job. They always act like we are wasting their time.Dr Callahan is the most crude, unprofessional, and overall unpleasent doctor I have ever had to deal with.Will be switching offices to literally any other one. Mainly due to reception as you can almost never see the doctors anyways.

I can honestly say that this practice is terrible, The doctor whom I complained about many times has refused to even meet with me to discuss and resolve the issues I have. I have requested this several times with records to show this, but the practice has refused. They have offered for me to write a letter instead , which is not acceptable as they have made it clear this letter will not be shared with the doctor in question.This issue started over 2 years ago and has continued. Lost referrals which I had to chase up. I subsequently shared this with a nurse practioner as well as the other issues, there is now no record of this documented in Langs' systems.I have expressed my concerns to the Clinical Director, who doesnt seem to understand or seem to be interested, and when I have asked for proof of a phone call back which I was told happened, I was provided with a date. My phone records do not show these attempted calls. They will not even share with me which number they used.I have also asked mutliple tiles to speak to the CEO, I have left direct messages and also via the Clincal Director to put in a complaint but this person has not respond, even though I was assured by the Clinical Director that this would happen.I have now been derostered" as a patient

If you want extremely caring and reputable doctors, NPs and nurses - then this is the place for you. I had a friend who was referred to Langs for her chronic pain and diabetes - they gave her the right care and consistently work with her in improving her health for the long term.

The staff at Langs are extremely helpful, carring, kind, and respectful. They put their patients first and are always there to answer any questions or address my concerns. I have read some of the reviews and the negative reviews, I do not agree with the negative comments as they do care about each and every person that attends the clinic, they work together as a fantastic team and they are very knowledgeable.I recommend them to anyone looking for a new clinic/doctor's office, you will be treated the way you deserve to be treated, they are very friendly, and it is a very warm atmosphere.Keep up the great work you guys, the world is a better place because of you.

I’ve had nothing but good experiences with Langs’ social services. Both counsellors I’ve seen were friendly, compassionate, insightful, and incredibly resourceful. Couldn’t recommend them more.

I had a phone call with my Dr. Siobhan Callaghan last Thursday my phone died . When I charged it back up Dr. Siobhan Callaghan told me call the Clinic to reschedule a phone call appointment. We'll I did that and her receptionist Amanda was very ignorant and disrespectful and cocky. All I was doing was what Dr.Siobhan Callaghan asked in the message to do. Been at Langs for 23 years . So Amanda had every excuse why she couldn't make me a phone call appointment. When I have a message stating to make another one. We'll I guess we will see what the Medical Board will ha e to say about this
