TLDR; untrustworthy billing practices.I requested help installing a wire for my dishwasher (work I've had done at multiple other properties before). Over email they confirmed they did 30 mins of work, but charged me for 2 hours. Their explanation: they sent two electricians to hook up one wire for the dishwasher and then charged 30 mins of travel time for each. Their office is 16 mins from my home (per google maps) and the electricians came in one car. I asked them to help me understand why I should be paying the extra charges and instead received messages about sending my bill to collections.
