It was nice to not be followed around the store (which I understand is what some locations do to enhance customer service" or even prevent theft). But it was the most relaxing time I've had at a sporting life. The hardgoods section was strong when it came to the selection of some brands of bikes. Noticed several experts in store which reinforced my willingness to buy items from trustworthy

Such outstanding customer service! Leila helped me with my Parajumper jacket and looked long and hard for the specific style I wanted. She was so great and managed to find the last one in stock! She was then able to grab my curbside order pickup for me even though it wasn't ready yet. Then, she even checked me out at cash! This is what customer service is all about, the way she stuck with me through the whole experience was amazing, thank you Leila! I will be back.

Terrible customer service. I want to return a jacket from ONLY brand as the there was colour bleeding in the wash and it is now stained. Instead of helping the customer, they are asking me to contact the brand directly. The lady manager there is full of attitude and instead of offerimg help , trying to wash her hands off. They cannot even give the proper brand contact details. The other staff who promised me to give contact details never called back even after 3 days. ONLY brand has only India contact number. I am not sure of they will be of any help. This is appalling customer service from a well known brand. This was my first purchase from the store and will surely be the last. They need to train their staff in manners.

As a loyal customer, I was disappointed by the recent customer service I received and will no longer be supporting this retailer. I ordered a package online ($200) that went missing - Sporting Life doesn’t require a signature for packages under $700! - and wasn’t able to get a refund or have a replacement item shipped. I took their suggested steps to file a police report and after 1 month of following up with Sporting Life, they wouldn’t do anything about it. It’s the worst ‘resolution’ I’ve experienced with a retailer for this type of situation (other businesses have been quick to issue a refund or send a new order).

2023-07-04 at 11:40am.I had the worst customer service experience in this store today. There was a black female employee at the checkout counter. She sold me three items on sale by the original price. So I asked her to check again and asked why, but her answer was very unpleasant. It was really very unpleasant and unprofessional, and her expression was also very unpleasant. You guys should never have hired such an employee for your business. I will never revisit this store.

I recently had an unfortunate experience at Sporting Life, specifically with their staff member Kashna Hakeen. I found her to be highly unprofessional and disrespectful in her demeanor. When I requested a return for my order, she not only refused but also talked to me in a disrespectful way repeating the same sentence again and again: I won't be able to accept this." Her explanation was inadequate and she didn't offer any kind of help or assistance. In contrast

Went to the location on Yonge Street. Spent nearly an hour or so trying different type of shorts, went to pay for them only to find out the $25 off $100 is only on regular priced items. While you were able to previously use the coupon on sale items as well, apparently as of this month you can't. I checked the site and did not see this new policy anywhere, unless it's hidden somwhere. So with all due respect, you should have the decency to put this new policy readily available and not waste your customer's time and frankly your own staff's time too as somoene is going to put the shorts back on the rack since i just left them at the cashier.

Sporting Life is a popular sporting goods store in Toronto that offers a wide range of clothing and equipment for outdoor activities, such as skiing, snowboarding, and cycling. While the store has some great features, it also has some drawbacks that make it less than perfect. One of the positive aspects of Sporting Life is the selection of high-quality merchandise. The store carries a variety of well-known and trusted brands, making it a great destination for outdoor enthusiasts who are looking for top-of-the-line equipment and clothing. The store's staff is also knowledgeable and helpful, providing customers with expert advice and recommendations. However, one of the downsides of Sporting Life is the price. The store's merchandise is quite expensive, which may not be affordable for everyone, especially those on a budget. Additionally, the store can get quite busy during peak hours, making it difficult to navigate and shop comfortably.Another issue with Sporting Life is the layout of the store. The store is large, with multiple floors and sections, which can make it challenging to find what you're looking for. The store's signage is also not always clear, which can add to the confusion. In summary, Sporting Life is a good option for those who are looking for high-quality outdoor clothing and equipment. However, the store's high prices and busy atmosphere may not be suitable for everyone. While the store's staff is knowledgeable and helpful, the layout of the store can be confusing, making it difficult to find what you need. Overall, Sporting Life is a decent option, but there are other outdoor stores in Toronto that may offer a better value and shopping experience.

I was at the store when a customer came in and demanded some sort of bike work be done right away and he was extremely rude to the staff there. He wanted his bike (I think it was breakes or something) fixed right away, and when the staff member told him that there are a few days wait to be serviced, he went off on a banter about how he should have it fixed right away because he shops here all the time". Kudos to the staff there for keeping their cool and handling it appropriately. What gives you the right to jump in front of other people because you're in a rush? Don't you realize its spring and lots of other people need their bikes too? Great shop

Good experience in this store! Bought some skis plus bindings and the pick up process was fast and easy. Also, when I came back to mount my bindings; staff (Wes) did the job pretty fast no wait time. Got some ski pants as well for a very good price. Good experience overall.
