I'm updating my 4 star rating to 5 stars. Although a bit pricey for some items you get what you pay for and everything in this place is quality.The staff are the cream of the crop. They are friendly and always willing to lend a hand. The Owners are also fantastic people.I've been shopping at this business for the better part of 20 years and have never had a bad experience. I highly recommend Time-Out Sports Excellence.

Employees are usually friendly and helpful. I appreciate the skate sharpening service they do. Reason for the poor rating is that prices are usually very high, especially for clothing. Also had a very bad situation when I bought a high end bicycle and no warranty was honoured.

Insane customer service!They went above and beyond with helping me pick out a pair of shoes while I was stuck at work and couldn't make it into the store before they closed...By offering to send me pictures of the different selections by text, we easily found the right pick! They were extremely kind and patient the whole way through the purchase. They even offered to deliver if I didn't already have a buddy willing to pick them up.Y'all are beauts! Keep up the awesome service! Jason was the real MVP on this Sale tho!

Bought sandals there within 18 days they were trashed. Went back and got zero assistance from the people there. I contacted the company on my own and was able to resolve the issue. Now I remember why I don't shop there; HORRIBLE SERVICE!

What a great place. I have been there for kids shoes before and had a great experience, but now I am seriously impressed after coming during Code Red restrictions.Very helpful staff, who literally jumped through hoops so that I could get skates. Quality place worth spending money there.Thank you for all you do so that your customers are happy.
