So nice. I've been here for both gel manicure and pedicure and they were both lovely. Super clean and bright, friendly and relaxed, and a great job with my nails. I'll be a repeat customer and I definitely recommend to anyone.Camy is a wonderful manicurist and so talented. She did a lovely job designing something different and creative for my nails.

Over priced for a basic pedi/Gel was an extra20$ which is over the topThey sterilize in a solution - not sure if thats up to standard?The girls are super friendly and professional

Sarah was lovely, gentle, and skilled. I had brow lamination and tint, and really like how it turned out! Overall, an enjoyable experience. I would book again.

Alex gave me the very best extensions and nail art that I’ve ever had and I’ve been having my nails done for many many years. She wasn’t in a rush, explained all the steps and she didn’t hurt me.

Absolutely amazing service and professionally done, will be back. Alex was careful, professional, consulted me every step of the process and refreshed my nails back to NEW! I like the natural look with the new trendy lip gloss polish colour and they look perfect. And my toes too! My feet feel amazing and look fantastic.

Had pedicure for first time at Ten Spot on Feb.22/23 and it was quite disappointing. The prepping of toe nails was good, but overdone. The worse part was the application of the topcoat. Polish must have old and very gooey. Made quite a mess and I had to renew the whole process when I got home. Donna

Beautiful space, bright, open and airy. First time visit but it won't be my last. Super friendly staff, clean environment and punctual appointments. They accommodated me very well with my arthritic right hip and I love my Christmas red toe nails. Wonder Woman" is the best winter red colour. Can't wait to see them again in the new year."

The people are very nice. My gel manicure turned out fine and the waxing was fine. Sadly the pedicure was the worst I’ve ever had. It started to sort of melt while it dried so I emailed and they were happy to redo. My big toes were the worst so I asked just for those. The same thing happened again! No base coat was applied. Two layers of color and top coat but then this quick drying stuff was poured on. I think that may be the problem or the polish is old or both. They said if it happened again they’d redo it again but I’ve already been back once. I feel like I wasted my money and won’t be able to get a proper pedicure here sadly.

I've had my nails done three times by Alex and she's absolutely amazing!!I had her do a set of extensions on me back in November, and then went back a couple months later to get another set, and then a set for my grad nails just last month! All times she did a fantastic job. I'm insanely impressed with the professionalism, skill, and time that went into everything. One of my grad nails fell off (due to my own misuse) one day before grad and she made time for me with no hesitation to redo the nail for me (I was expecting her to glue it back on, but she actually redid the entire nail for safety and health purposes) without charging me at all!!I will absolutely be booking again for future appointments. Fantastic service and wonderful employees who are passionate about their jobs.
