I had a great experience at the Sephora Brow Bar with Olga! She was very attentive and even taught me how to use different products after my brow wax. The service was amazing!

Working in customer service myself I’m really understanding when mistakes happen, but the service I received left me feeling very upset. I was charged twice for a product and spoke to the manager Lindsay who was very helpful and overall lovely. When I returned to the store to resolve the issue it was busy which I know puts a strain on staff. The lady who helped me was incredibly rushed to the point where I was not offered a bag or a receipt for my purchase I was making after receiving my refund. I felt extremely dismissed and the interactions I had with store staff bordered on rude.

I am incredibly disappointed with Sephora. My 14 year old daughter was shopping with her friend today ( I gave her money to shop and she loves Sephora) when they were looking around the staff followed them and demanded to look in their bags/purses. They pulled out a used glossier lip gloss that my daughter has purchased and had forever. They accused her of stealing it. Then didn't apologize when they noticed it was clearly used. You humiliated the two of them in front of everyone and should be incredibly ashamed.

3 times the representatives suggest a product after I explain what I exactly need and they give me something else that don’t serve my purpose today I decided to go return one of the product and talk to the manager which I did but his response just shocked me he said it’s different skin that’s why they have the return policy ! And when I told him that I think they just wanna sell thinking that we won’t return it he got insulted! Instead of apologising that I feel that way since it happened to me few times not only once! I love Sephora and I buy all my make up there but I’m really disappointed of the way the manager made it look like it’s a ridicules complaint and that I came there to insult his employees instead of asking me what I really needed and give me his own advice of what I should get and use he just said that the return policy is so flexible I mean he could’ve just helped me to get what I want and we both would’ve been happy !

I was just taking a quick look around the store, as a visitor from outside of town. I had to meet my husband, and was texting him while in the store, a little flustered. Upon leaving I'm approached by two security guards (who were quite polite) but informed me that the staff at Sephora thought I was acting strange and probably had shoplifted. As someone who suffers from anxiety, and has been a loyal customer to Sephora and a member of their loyalty rewards program since the age of 8 years old (14 total years!) I'm just disgusted by this treatment. At least security was understanding. I will never be returning again.

That Melani from the cashier was rude to my daughter. I was in line with my daughter and my daughter was on my left, she specifically asked her to move out of the way as she is waiting for her client to grab some other stuff she needs to buy. She is impolite and gave us a terrible look. I do think know why you hire someone with such poor customer service skills.

had a not so good experience at this location on friday march 17th. went into the store wanting a concealer, saw that the shelf didn’t have the shade i needed. i flagged down an employee and asked if they had the shade. she looks at the shelf that has none there and looks at me and says “no we don’t” like i couldn’t have figured that out myself. i know from past times they check back stock or the bottoms drawers. i looked on the app and it said you guys had it, flagged down another employee and told her i just asked someone else and she asked “did the check the drawer” i said “nope”. lo and behold the employee opens the drawer and it’s FULL of the shade i needed.do better. this lady did not want to help me at all.

So I always shop at the west Edmonton mall Sephora. It is always packed and kinda hard to find a staff to help you, but when you do they usually help you a lot. So recently I have been looking for a foundation which I wanted for summer and no matter how many foundations the staff recommended it was always either the wrong shade or the foundation just wasn’t good. And I always had to do a return or exchange for so long. That was until I met a lovely staff named Amneet ( I don’t know if I am spelling that right) but she was amazing and her energy and personality was so welcoming she was so patient and we try so many different foundations and color until I had foundation all over my hands. lol. She helped me find a color that matches perfectly and the Nars foundation she recommended was amazing and I am finally happy with my purchase. So I would like to thank her. Thanks Amneet

Tried to do a return for store credit or at the very least, exchange a product that has defective packaging (lid would turn endlessly without opening) but was told no since the worker was able to literally pry it off (she had to use her shirt to twist it) after failing to open it with just her hand. If you have to do that, clearly there’s an obvious issue with the lid (which many reviews show to be a common issue to boot).Sure enough, get home and have already been fighting to twist the lid off. Any more issues I’ll definitely be returning and contacting head office for the inconvenience. I shouldn’t have to be fighting to open a product just to use it, especially if the product is still 90% full because I haven’t been able to use it..if I was asking for my money back or it was less than half full, I’d understand. I’ve been a rouge member for more than a decade and have been more and more disappointed with Sephora these passed few years that my purchasing has gone down substantially because the awful service.
