I had a very good experience at Furnishing 2day with the sales consultant Ms. Sharman, she was very helpful and knowledgeable. I bought Palliser 3 seats sofa in Sept. 2017, the sofa is made in Canada in Manitoba. The sofa took about 2 months to build, I had no problem waiting. The delivery in November was on time, delivering guys were friendly, and the guys installed and assemble my sofa professionally. I'm very satisfied. Will buy again. Thanks!

The store is closing but the prices are still very expensive and high. The sales sign for up to 80% off is misleading, you will not find items at this price. Staff were extremely rude, arrogant and unpleasant to deal with. They have no respect and look down on you if you don't buy their products. Will never come back again.

I was not aware that the store is closing/closed until today. They didn’t even bother to inform me via phone/email. Ive already booked a sofa and paid an advance amount but I’m not able to contact them. Not sure how I’m supposed to get back my advance amount.

I purchased furniture from this store Furnishings 2Day on Oct. 19, 2022. I paid and still have not received. I tried contacting the owner many times but he ignored me. I tried to go to the store and found that it is closed.

We found a perfect dining table at Furnishing 2day in May. They have a very good selection of modern furniture. But we needed the table after 3 months so, we talked the sales lady Sharman and sheSuggested that we can put it on hold with a small deposit. And then she helped us finding perfectly matching chairs with it too.We just moved to our new place and table arrived yesterday and it is perfect. Sharman is very professional, very friendly and helpful. She answered all our questions patiently. We would definitely recommend this store to all our friends.

The service is incredible. There is a large selection furniture that fits perfectly for what you're looking for. High quality products. We bought two couches and a dinning table. The furniture is great. We will definitely come back again for new furniture. The staff is so helpful. They explain all details about the furniture. Especially big thank you to Kamal.

I called to follow up on my couches and was told they were going to be several weeks late. But somehow they were able to expedite things for me so I had them for the 2nd day I took possession of my new condo. The couches are amazing quality and very comfortable. My only complaint is that I wish I would have gotten a heads up they might be late instead of having to call and find out myself. But that may have come later had I not called myself. Overall it was a positive experience and the quality and comfort makes up for it.

The worse furniture stores in GTA, when you buy the furniture from them they tell you their products has one year warranty but a day after delivery they don't responsible for anything anymoreI bought a 1000 dallors dining table which was broken when delivered to my house, and the day after we let them know but they said unfortunately we do anything and no exchange or refund and if you have problems you can go to court

**DO NOT BUY ANY ITEMS ** After 8 months they didn’t deliver our sofa .We paid $4000 on Dec 2020 and it was supposed to deliver items to mid of March 2021.Don’t refund us as well.No furniture no refund!! Worsted customer service. I wish it was less than 1 stars to mark for this business
