I traveled 3 and half hours to go back to this nail salon yesterday. I was there on 1 other occasion and love my nails. This time not at all. I didn't even make it out of Kingsway mall before my nail started peeling. The acrylic is super thin. The edges are so rough. Many of the nails are crooked. If I wasn't the last customer of the day maybe they would have cared to do my nails better? If I didn't feel rushed out of there I would have pointed out all the problems. I will never be returning to this nail salon it isn't worth the travel or cost.

Worst Nail salon I have ever been to they did gel on my nails but it came off and took half of my nail out causing so much blood I would definitely would not go here ever again because they gave me horrible service. Would definitely not recommend this for your child or your self.

nann was such a good nail tech, she was happy to do gel nails to. (i was a bit nervous to ask) when she finished the 2nd base coat she went “ouuu,woww” so happy she made the experience great for me. she did so well on my nails aswell they’re thin and pretty

I was not happy with my manicure or pedicure. The young lady that was assigned to me was a newbie. She needed help and guidance. I paid $78.75 tax included. I definitely did not get my money's worth. Needed to have my cuticles done properly. I had clear nail polish put on and you couldn't even tell. My toenails are still sore as my cuticles also needed more work. Despite not being happy with my feet or hands I still gave a tip.

I have been going to this place since 2018 and am always happy with the service. Ojo takes her time to ensure that my nails are perfect before I leave and because of this I have been a consistent customer at Allure Nails since 2018.

Horrible service. Overcharged for for a shellac manicure when she didn’t even do a proper manicure and took twice the time because she obviously didn’t have any experience and was probably her first or second manicure?? Not a problem but maybe let people know that. I knew there wouldn’t be time for her to do 2-3 layers of colour so I said just the top coat. The woman beside me had actual tips and she sat down after me and we were finished at the same time. Wouldn’t recommend

It's hit and miss. The last time I went they turned out nice but depends who does them. I get my eyebrows done here regularly and they always turn out great except ONE time. An older lady did them and they looked awful. Also, if you call to make an appointment they don't ask for your name or write anything down. I've seen them turn people away who had an appointment" because they essentially forgot about her and got busy with walk ins."

I am in town from windsor ontario and decided to go to this place as I followed them on facebook and they used to my amazing work. I was absolutely stunned stunned at how well my nails turned out. She did exactly what I wanted and she was so meticulous and precise.... She was also very very patient as they took a long time lol. I would definitely go back here every time i'm in town.

Was very skeptical about coming here. Looked at their reviews online and half of them were bad. I did a walk-in and Not even 30 mins after I went in 2 ladies came back to the salon saying their nails came off or something, then another lady few mins later. The lady was facetiming people as she was doing my nails. Then when she was filing my nails, one of the extensions came off which makes me think the glue isn’t very reliable? However i liked how fast she was and it wasnt overpriced, its only been 2 hrs but so far my nails are good. Overall, it could be better. I’ll try to attach my inspo pic vs. my actual nails.
