All I can say is wow. After fuddling around with Turbo Tax, H & R Block and others, I can honestly say that Dely & Associates do a damn good job. Largest tax return EVER. Asked me all sorts of questions that the other guys never did. Highly recommend. Affordable, friendly and fast.

Worst accountant in Brantford. Do not ever go to this accountant. Avoid at all costs. Response: You were supposed to close out an account and asked multiple times to do so. You did not. As everyone can see here, you try to humiliate your clients for your own shortcomings. In addition, there was an audit our first filing as well. Trouble with the CRA perhaps? That’s my guess. Do not ever use these accountants. See their responses and reviews.

Can't speak to their service because I had a scheduled call and they missed it. Then called back and left a voice mail. Haven't heard from them since.Update: finally made an appiontment. Had to reschedule it due to snow storm. Then they told me they aren't rescheduling or taking on new clients. Really?!? Very unprofessional

I don’t usually review online, but in this case I simply had to because of the high level of service that Dely & Associates consistently delivers. Our entire family filed income taxes through them and since we also own a rental business, it was fairly complicated. It was a great pleasure to work with Erwin and Tanya, both are very knowledgeable, professional and patient. The communication is great, so are the rates. More importantly, our return exceeded all expectations since Erwin and Tanya were able to use their extensive knowledge to find many ways to maximize it. We are looking forward to doing taxes with them next year. Highly recommended.
