We went to Lowe’s to purchase a counter top and dealt with Jason. We had wait for approximately half an hour to receive service at the kitchen department apparently under staffed. Jason got busy and asked us to see John who apparently was going on break . He reluctantly helped up because he did notKnow how to do the paperwork, he was able to help us out was going to have it cutBefore closing and when was not done we called the store the next day at noon and were told it was ready for pick up. We drove in from Waterloo and the counter top was cut on a fortyFive angle as requested. Not impressed at all. Now we have to go back again tomm as there is know one there to cut to the counterTop today. Poor service and communication. Will not be shopping at this location again.

Helpful staff, loads of stock, I picked up an SD card here but later realised I had picked up a full size instead of the Mini I needed.They exchanged the UNOPENED full size for a mini SD no problem

Very clean venues, staff very patient and honest.

I mainly go there to print out stuff. Pictures, resumes and other important documents etc.That part of the store is great and usually have great service

The self printing service is Topnotch and seamless.

Very friendly service, products were available to pick right away. Prices are right for the quality!

I just had some things to get done at Staples, and so my review of their store is that it is a great place to get pretty much anything for the home office at decent prices. They had a good selection of desks and chairs also.

This place is in a big plaza next to a best buy. It's nice to have the two side by side if you want to comparison shop for electronics.As far as Staples stores go there is absolutely nothing special or wrong with this one. Exactly what you would expect.

Staff are unfocused, immature and moody. Customer associate was unable to find a wall outlet to demo a electronic standing desk I was interested in. Instead, he said he would show me a video online. I was embarrassed for the guy and I just found an outlet and did the demo myself. It was odd because I even had to ask him to help me carry the table to the outlet. Why didn’t he help out?At check out it was like pulling molars asking the cashiers to come look at the clearance signage associated with my rang items to adjust the prices. Of course when I brought it up the first thing out of their mouths was “they probably aren’t on sale”. You didn’t check.Just go to the Boardwalk save yourself a bad day, excellent customer experience.
