L.A. has been awesome. They make it easy to get your car booked in for service. Car came back way cleaner than when I dropped it off. Ashley is extremely helpful and great to talk to, she keeps you up to date on what is being done to the car.

I recently purchased a 2023 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum from L.A Nissan, and have been doing business with them since 2018. I should note that my family moved from Leduc in late 2021 but continue to travel over an hour each way to L.A Nissan in Leduc because of their exemplary service. It’s well worth the trip for us.Emily Ramshaw provided top-notch service and kept me informed on the status of my incoming vehicle, all while putting up with many phone calls from me as I impatiently waited for my new car to arrive. She showed me all the features in my new vehicle and answered all questions I had. Donoven from the financing department was awesome to deal with as well.Ewan from the service department has always provided 10/10 service and is the reason that we keep coming back to L.A Nissan. I will not take my vehicle anywhere else. He is both informative and trustworthy, and we so appreciate him looking after both of our family vehicles.I am looking forward to doing business with them again in the future.

I bought a vehicle here close to the end of May, Baqar was amazing from day one!I do like the vehicle, however I am not very thrilled to have to replace the belt on my vehicle already. I booked the appointment for it to be looked at only 33 days after purchasing it, quite an unexpected expense for a vehicle I haven’t even owned for 2 months.Ewen was very helpful and nice to deal with.

We bought a vehicle that had to be ordered from the factory. Brooklyn, our sales rep, kept us well informed on the progress as it was being worked on and delivery date. The day we were to pick up the new car, our trade-in vehicle was involved in a hit and run. The staff at L A Nissan were so understanding and helpful that we were only delayed by a week. Amazing experience service is great from sales, parts and to service department. Ewen did an amazing job handling all the maintenance updates on my car and he also helped me through my warranty claim, it was an amazing experience he walked me through it all and updated me on what is going on with my car. I would really recommend this dealership.
