I am not going to lie I have never seen such amazing customer service in vision care. I broke my glasses which for me is a huge complication as I have a very high astigmatism. I went in hoping to try and stay in the limits of my benefits. I am a single mom of two kids, one source of income and for some reason vision car is at the bottom of the totem pole for benefits. I knew that we probably couldn't stay as that is only a $200 limit and with my lenses alone that goes well over. They still worked with me and what I required and kept me as low as possible but to give me the best that we could. Time however went over and above. They don't know me or anything like that however they trusted me and took a chance on me that over exceeded my expectation. I just want to say thank you. I have had a rough year and the kindness you showed me today made my day. So thank you.

Dean and Tina have taken amazing care in fulfilling all my glasses needs! On multiple occasions Tina has helped me and my husband pick gorgeous frames that look great on us. Both Dean and Tina have discussed our lens needs. I have Chronic Daily Migraines and bright light, glare, and light flashes often trigger aura effects that greatly disrupt my vision. They made sure to get me lenses that have GREATLY reduced my aura symptoms over the time that I've been using them. They contain blue light filtering properties within the lenses, not just coating the lenses, and they have been ground to optimize my prescription. Tina recommended a frame with clip on sunglasses that have custom, tinted lenses that perfectly filter out the troublesome light waves as well.Not only did they get us into gorgeous glasses with optimized lenses, but their service has been incredible! I have a job that can be quite physical at times and I have needed repairs and adjustments. I've also had my perfect lenses chipped and scratched. Each time they've gone far above and beyond expectations to make my glasses all shiny and perfect again!I highly recommend Professional Optical! Top notch experiences every time.

I needed a replacement nose pad for my sunglasses. Not only did they have them in stock but they replaced the pads for free! Customer service is excellent! I'll definitely come back to this location.

Bruce, Dean, Tina and their entire staff were so attentive and accommodating throughout the exam, explaining tests, picking frames, and purchase options. The level of care is so personal. They took the time to answer all my questions, discussed pros and cons of lens quality based on my needs and truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend them!
