When it comes to personal service and quality work these guys are A+! If they find something that needs work they provide you with the info. to make an informed decision and only do the work on your approval! I always have a good feeling when I leave Ultimate Auto that things have been done right! The guys take the time to explain everything, they are always honest with you so you leave with confidence that things were properly done! We take all our family cars there! I would recommend Ultimate Auto. They provide quality work, they are trustworthy and so very accommodating. They look after our family cars for everything. Today, Frigid weather lowered my tire pressure so that my low tire light went on. I called and dropped by within 5 minutes they had taken my car inside and filled the tires for me providing me peace of mind! Amazing employees! Amazing service!

I have been taking all my family vehicles to Ultimate Auto for over 20 years. They have always been honest, fair, and professional. If you are looking for a place you can trust that charges a fair rate, then these are your guys.

Great service.Took car in because Mr lube said I had leaking oil possibly gasket was leaking. Battery was also giving me problems.Assessment showed no oil leak(no repair needed)battery, power draw and alternator were checked. Needed new battery but everything else checked out.Had some other problems found but only repaired the major safety concerns(burnt bulbs and brakes)Knowledgeable, explained repairs needed.Costs appeared reasonable. Repairs complete quickly. Friendly.Only con was it took a few weeks for the appointment but if anything that signified to me that they were busy because they do good work.

Ultimate has looked after a number of vehicles I have owned over the last 15 years and their service has been top notch. They pone with updates and to confirm if I want certain repairs to be done. They are always prompt and reasonable. Twp of my sons now also use Ultimate and their experiences have been the same. What I really like is when I ask an opinion on whether certain repairs need to be done or not they always take the time to explain the pros and cons of doing or not doing the repair. I know a number of large chain shops will try to sell you on additional work over and above what the car went in for so I have always taken these with a grain of salt. With Ultimate, if they tell me something needs to be done I have confidence that the repair is required and not just a way to pad the invoice. Had and issue running lean on bank 1 and 2. Thought it might have been intake manifold or vacuum leak. Brought to Ultimate Auto for a quote, but they found a faulty MAF sensor. Replaced at home and fixed the issue. Highly recommended.

Hands down a fantastic all around run business. The gentleman who run this shop are kind and understanding that not everyone knows everything about cars and they don’t take advantage of that. They also explain things to you in a non condescending way and I really appreciate that. I am always very hesitant to talk to mechanics because I know very little about cars and fear I will be taken advantage of.But I never felt that for one minute when discussing my concerns.Their prices for front brakes was really great and I was confident they know what the correct brakes were for my MINI Cooper Clubman S model.I would not hesitate to recommend this shop to anyone for service or repairs.

Ultimate Auto has been my go-to mechanic for at least a decade, and I cannot recommend them enough. They take the time to explain what's happening with my vehicle, and they always approve any repairs they suggest prior to doing the work.
