Lovely staff and atmosphere - the drinks are just right and not just a sugar rush unlike other places. Had a chat with the owner about the ingredients used and love the care put into sourcing every product. They use their own coffee beans and the espresso roast was amazing. The food was quite tasty and I loved the vegan and vegetarian options. Tried the vegan lox and pancakes, both of which were very tasty. Extremely busy spot and they seem a bit understaffed so recommend going with someone you enjoy the company of while you wait ;) Huge patio with lots of space for any furry companions. The views are pretty from and around the cafe and the interior is warm and cozy. Will definitely be coming back to try the rest of the items on the menu.

View was nice but not my latte It wasn't the best I needed more shot. And I had the fremont it comes with too many and big pieces of kale which makes the salad bitter.

Came here twice so far. It's a good cafe. Situated at Burke Mountain, where there aren't many food options nearby or much in the neighborhood, I appreciate them having a little bit of everything here (breakfast, flatbreads, pastries, wine/cocktails, coffee). We've had London fog, coffee, cottage cheese pancakes, and marshmallow hot chocolate.The price is average, similar to what you'd be paying for a Starbucks coffee or eating out in Vancouver. It's interesting they don't accept cash here nor a tip jar, one of the few restaurants that have started implementing this - I guess this also helps from petty theft.The London fog was good, not overly sweet, and nice presentation. Breakfast options aren't much for someone who is looking for meat, the breakfast choices are pretty much vegetarian/vegan. Cottage cheese pancakes were perfect even for my partner, who doesn't fancy pancakes to begin with, liked it; not dry like a pancake, not too floury tasting, fluffy, and the fruit sauce went well.Second time we came I ordered the marshmallow hot chocolate. I was afraid their hot chocolate options would be too sweet for my liking, like the usual hot chocolates I've had. But this was perfect. Not very sweet, tasted a bit rich, little powders of chocolate still unmelted but was smooth to drink still.

Great spot for breakfast! The food is healthy and refreshing. They have indoor and patio seating and pets are allowed to sit outside.

Amazing place!! Awesome staff memeber. They are all friendly and nice. The price is very much fair compare to Starbucks or other expensive cafes. I love hot chocolate here but the coffees here are fantastic. They use exclusive beans for themselves that you can't taste anywhere else. View is just beautiful. I would come back with my family more often!!

Good coffee, good view, and even better food. Ordered a yogurt french toast and a cappuccino. The cappuccino was what’s expected of a good cafe, but the yogurt french toast was amazingly good. The acidity and sweetness of the fruit and yogurt balanced well, and the toast was nice and soft with a crisp crust.Chicken wings are amazing, very fresh, juicy and tender. The Korean wings stand well on their own but the dip is the best part! Can’t get enough of it.

Great cafe with beautiful lighting and yummy cheesecakes and coffee. I ordered the Caramel Carrot Cheesecake and it was amazing! It was super sweet though, so I’m glad I ordered a coffee to balance it out. The iced latte with oat milk I had was great. Loved the atmosphere here! Modern yet cozy, and a great place to enjoy patio dining on a sunny day. I’m hoping to try their savoury food next. Service was friendly too.Important note: They only accept card payments! Not a problem for me personally since I rarely have cash on me. Just something to keep in mind before you go.

I went to the newly opened Ibex Cafe today during lunch. I was surprised to see the restaurant packed and all the tables occupied. The employees were friendly however you could tell they are extremely understaffed. I ordered the butter chicken flatbread and a pumpkin spice latte. It took over 45 minutes for me to get my food. The portion size was smaller than expected considering the cost. It tastes okay but nothing to write home about. Coffee was decent. The other lunch main meals my friends ordered took a long time too. Be prepared to wait a bit until they get their service level adjusted. Overall, a nice addition to the Burke Mountain community and I would return to try some baked goods but not actual meals because those were a bit disappointing…

View is absolutely gorgeous from the patio of this cafe but it can have better seating. Big glass walls of cafe allows unobstructed sunlight and warmth. Seats inside are very comfortable and beautiful.Yes there is scope to add more variety to the menu especially baked goods but whatever they have is good enough. Loved peppermint mocha here. Dishes are unique and very simple in taste. Vegetarian options available

Unfortunately my friend and I were not impressed. We both ordered coffees and both tasted like muggy water. I was never offered any sizes to choose from either. Mine was so bad that I only drank less than half before I threw it out. The flatbread was very small. And very cold and took about 25 minutes or more to make. Both the drinks and food are pretty expensive for not tasting so great. Not only that. My friend wanted to pay CASH for her meal and they only accept credit and debit ?? No cash ? I understand they just opened and maybe they are still getting used to things. Besides that stuff the service from staff was very good and the only food I thought they did a great job on was the Cottage cheese pancakes. The only thing I’d come back for is the pancakes otherwise I feel like the experience was just not a great one
