The Eventeur team is amazing to work with and I had a fantastic experience with them planning my wedding in the Bahamas in April 2023.From the first call I had with Mahla I felt like I was in very capable and caring hands. I appreciated the team’s expertise in destination weddings, they were helpful in guiding my family and I through the process and intricacies of the planning process and were able to answer all our questions about the specifics of a wedding in the Bahamas. I also really appreciated the network of vendors that The Eventeur works with as they recommended our photographer, who was stellar, and were able to recommend a great makeup artist after I initially had a not so great trial with another make up artist. With their experience in destination weddings you can absolutely trust them with your special day. Also a huge shout out and thank you to Ana and Niki who were there with us on the days of the wedding and wedding events, they were professional, great to work with, and absolutely necessary to ensure everything went smoothly through the whole weekend. They executed on everything beautifully and were there to make sure all details were perfect for the set up of the welcome party, assembling of welcome baskets, layout and timeline for the ceremony and reception setup.I wouldn’t hesitate to work with this team, they were a joy to work with ❤️

Amazing Team - Fully Recommend!!My husband and I got married in Tulum, Mexico in February 2019 and it was truly one of the most magical experiences and in large part because of Mahla and her team! As someone from the events industry, I had certain ideas in my head that I wanted, and they made them a reality and allowed me to stay sane by not having to worry about a single detail. We envisioned our wedding as a time when all our family could vacation and spend time with eachother and their team's support system made that happen. I've never heard so many compliments on our decor, flowers, photos, etc. and guests saying it was the smoothest and most fun they've ever had at a wedding. Not only did they plan our wedding day, but helped with all of the wedding festivities that ranged from a day trip to visit local cenotes, to the welcome party. Even when there was a little rain, they went with it and adjusted their plan so that everyone was having a good time.They're an amazing team and I fully recommend utilizing their services if you get the opportunity to!

We contacted The Eventeur after reaching out to multiple planners that were not a fit. From the first phone call with Mahla, we knew they were the team we had to work with. Through the pandemic and 4 dates changes, and one location (country), change, Mahla and her team not only supported us, but more importantly, our guests who had reschedule their room bookings multiple times.From venue selection, vendor selection, guest management, to execution of the wedding week, the team at The Eventeur truly is experts in all things wedding planning. Look no further - The Eventeur team is all you need!I recently got married on March 26th 2023 at Casa de Campo in the Dominican Republic and my day was the most magical day of my life. In short - being a Type A bride, someone that asks 10000 different questions, created a PowerPoint and all the different trackers to stay on top of things... I never felt more supported, more comforted in the anxiety of wedding planning and I 100% would hire them again if I could. They made everything super smooth and delivered on everything that was expected of them.I stumbled onto The Eventeur website in 2021 doing research of my own when we first started the wedding planning process. After the initial consultation, I was left at ease and in great hands. You know when you can just feel the warmth through a conversation? That’s exactly how it felt. They are very upfront with you on what to expect from the planning process and how things are supposed to go. We were supposed to get married in 2022 however we experienced a tragic loss a few days before the wedding that forced us to postpone to our now date March 26th. The Eventeur team took care of everything you can imagine and became an extension of our support system throughout this time. It was incredibly difficult but they assured us every step of the way that our day will be the absolute best and boy they were not wrong.A few weeks later, we were introduced to a new wedding planner Masiel who newly joined their team that would be our new point of contact in the Dominican Republic. Masiel used to work at Casa de Campo and knew their system in and out, backwards and forwards. Any time we needed her for anything, no matter how big or small, Masiel was with us in lock step and always made us feel like a priority. For a destination wedding we did a welcome party on the beach, a rehearsal dinner for our closest family and wedding party and then the wedding. All of these events took a lot of effort in planning all of the details and décor and it was truly a sight to see her bring our vision to life and create magic!!!! Even our guests were coming up to us to tell us how warm and welcoming she was, patient with answering questions and super professional. She is a professional who loves her job and you can definitely tell with the caliber in which she does things and how much she cares.Masiel, Mahla, Niki and the rest of the team at The Eventeur are so amazing and would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a reliable, honest and professional wedding planning team.

When my son and daughter in law told me they were getting married in Merida I worried how would they accomplish their vision from NYC! After meeting Ana, the wedding coordinator in September, I was completely relaxed. She was calm, detailed and had so much patience with any questions she was asked. When we arrived in Merida for the official wedding at San Antonio Hool it was no surprise that the day was a magical success. Any little bump needing to be handled Ana was right there to handle. Thank you, Ana, for being one of the main actors in this magical storybook wedding. Thank you for helping Marlene and Max live the vision they only dreamt about before February 18, 2023.

Hiring this team was the best decision we made!!Everything was taken care of like CLOCKWORK. Yes they take care of the florist, venue, cater, bar, staff, DJ, officiation, transit, photographers, videographer, security flights, all the staff that go with it, so on and so forth. Yes they make sure everything is perfectly tuned to who you are and what you love (your wedding is a reflection of you and they make sure you’re your best self). And Yes they’re with you throughout the entire journey. But for me, the real reason why I cant imagine anyone doing a wedding without them is that they orchestrate it all. I'm not talking about just making sure people do things on time (which they do like clockwork). I'm talking about orchestrating everything for your guests, everything from their happiness, unique needs (dietary or otherwise), where they need to be (by when), who’s present who’s not, medical conditions (emergencies or otherwise), all the anxiety that comes with it, and all the little details you’d think you could handle (you can't) —> they take care of it!My wedding week was the greatest time of my life largely because of this team, I had zero worries the entire time and truly felt like I'm a relaxed soul on cloud 9, we felt like royalty. We can’t thank them enough and love the entire team dearly.

We worked with The Eventeur to plan our wedding in Merida, Mexico in February 2023. Mahla, the owner, was a pleasure to work with up front and understood our vision from the beginning.From there, we worked with Ana Paula as our wedding planner. Ana was so amazing and spent countless hours making our vision come to life. She planned and coordinated every detail for the rehearsal, welcome drinks, ceremony, reception, and pool party the next day. Ana made sure all the vendors executed and was a huge help through it all. I would recommend her and The Eventeur to anyone!

I was recently a guest at a wedding organized by The Eventeur. The booking experience was a breeze. They were responsive and attentive to my family's needs. The wedding itself was absolutely stunning and a total joy to attend. We had such a wonderful time. It was a magical wedding. I couldn't recommend this company more. If you want your wedding to be a wonderful, dreamy, fabulous experience, book with them. You will not be disappointed.

We had an initial consultation with Nicki, who was great. Following that call, we had follow up questions that we sent via email and wanted to understand before signing on with them officially. We also wanted to meet with the planner who would be assigned to us. The owner told us that we weren't told a good fit because of this. I'm glad they were honest about us not being a good fit early on in the process, but it was confusing to be penalized for asking questions. I think it's worth knowing for other couples who like to ask a lot of questions and gain clarity before signing a contract, or like to take initiative on their own.
