The course I took with Lee was an introductory level class to learn the basics of sewing. Instantly, I knew I had made the right choice. Lee has an extensive, professional knowledge and years of experience. She is very generous in teaching students not only the technical skills, but also how beginners can navigate what can be an overwhelming undertaking—the experience and tips she has save students time, money, and tears! Lessons are laid out perfectly, and by the end, I had a good set of skills and confidence to start projects on my own. I’m looking at taking her next level classes, and I have and absolutely will continue to recommend Lee to anyone looking to improve their sewing skills.

Lee is so amazing. You can tell she is so passionate about sewing and she wants you to excel as well. She maintenance my sewing machine for $65 and a whole lot was wrong. When I came to pick it up she sat down with me for probably 1/2hr and taught me a ton of really great basic skills no one has ever taught me. I would recommend Lee a million times over. She also is VERY accommodating. Kind and caring. She knows her stuff and will give her very real and honest advice. Thank you so much Lee!!! You are amazing.

My daughter is 9 and just started sewing lessons with Lee at My Creative Studio and I'm blown away!!! Lee is fantastic ❤️She's fun, funny and great for kids. I'm so impressed with what she's learning under Lee's guidance. I feel like Lee is an incredible resource for not only skill but ALL THINGS SEWING (product, skill, machines, maintenance, etc). She has quickly become my secret sewing weapon :) If anyone is interested in sewing (any age) I'd highly recommend My Creative Studio. You won't be disappointed. It's worth so much more than the fees you pay!

Lee fixed my sewing machine yesterday faster than my etransfer would go through. I would highly recommend taking any sewing machine fixes to her.

After calling several sewing & alteration businesses, I received many different quotes for zipper repair on 5 hooded sweatshirts (hoodies). A majority of them said $50-60, and a few were in the mid $35 range (EACH). $250+ for 5 zippers? It wouldn't be worth it... My Creative Studio repairs them for only $25. I had 5 that needed to be fixed. When bringing them in, she discovered that she could fix 2 of them right on the spot for just the cost of zippers. I ended up spending under $90 for all of her work. Less than half the cost of the others and in the time span of only a day.Lee is very dedicated to her work and her customers. Her prices are reasonable and she is very skilled at what she does. I will be coming back in the future, for sure. I'm so happy I can wear my hoodies again! Thanks My Creative Studio!
