I ordered a computer case online, picked it up and paid in store. This was the first time I'd ever been in their Halifax store. A seamless process, however, the guy at the cash seemed pretty disinterested.........and when I asked him about a case accessory that wasn't on their skew (like maybe taking down the info and checking or ordering it in?) He just immediately blew it off and said we don't have it" and "we won't be getting it"! I paid and left

Went in with the mindset of building my first pc and had alot of parts in mind. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and helped me choose all the right parts based on my budget. Thank you very much for all your help! I will definitely be back.

Tried to buy a computer the other week, the store broke it somehow, no stock left and did not offer anything for replacement. Tech was quite checked out, did not seem interested in assisting me with a solution to the problem that they created. Trying currently to get the same computer online, was told there was a week delay before shipping now being told an additional 2 weeks delay before shipping. Terrible customer service, apparently subpar products as per their own technicians, terrible management of back end inventory, terrible management of customer service workers. Would give lower than 1 star if possible.

Staff are helpful and have a sense of humor. They don't make you feel like you shouldn't be there because you are female (looking at you bestbuy).

Disappointed overall. Long story:Placed an order for a laptop on the online store, called to confirm that I would be able to pick up later that evening (explained that I will be doing a fresh install so no need for them to go through the whole install process themselves).When I show up the laptop that I had ordered is not actually a new machine (as advertised on the website) but in fact an open-box with only a damaged Purolator box to take it home in. The store manager and employee that was working though gave it their absolute best to try and provide me the open-box discounted price as per the website but due to their online payment system" (this said system will come back again later I promise) it would take several days to apply. Because the online payment system had not actually taken the payment but instead "held" the funds
