Amazing doctors and staff. I’ve seen multiple doctors there and they are all very knowledgeable. Dr. Moghrabi is the best doctor I’ve seen in Edmonton, he really cares about his patients and is very diligent. Totally recommend 10/10

Dr. Oje is one of the most upbeat caring doctors I’ve ever met. Thorough and professional. The MOA’s are amazing at their job at this fast paced clinic and always have a welcoming smile when you walk in.

Front staff will not answer the phone and I have to call many many times to get through to book an appointment. Im also unable to leave a voice-mail because the mailbox I'd always full. The phone menu says that you are able to book an appointment online but I looked and I'm unable to find that section. Please call me back I need to book an appointment.Edit: thank you for the response I will try your email

Had a very difficult time finding a doctor that cares. Dr Oje has been very helpful and kind and always listens without judgement. Ladies at reception also very welcoming . Very thankful to have found this clinic .

Love, love, love Dr. Oje. He has fast become my favorite medical provider. So much so that I moved my family's care to his clinic and him specifically. He is really really thorough and listens very very well. Quite knowledgeable too.

I thoroughly enjoy interacting with the staff at your clinic, particularly the doctors and receptionists. However, I feel compelled to address a matter concerning one specific receptionist, Carly. It has been my unfortunate experience that Carly consistently demonstrates rudeness towards both patients and myself. I have never encountered such a discourteous individual before, as evidenced by her abrupt termination of a phone call simply because she was unwilling to assist me.My primary reason for reaching out to the receptionist was to acquire relevant information regarding the IV clinic, as part of my personal follow-up process. Due to a previous miscommunication with the Scope Program regarding a colonoscopy requisition, I am genuinely concerned about potentially encountering a similar issue. It is my sincere request that you take steps to educate your staff, as they regularly interact with individuals who may be grappling with various health concerns. I implore you to empathize with the patients' circumstances and reconsider the significance of providing compassionate care.

I came in with a sore throat, asking for something to help me sleep. The Dr. Suggested I just take Melatonin. I got worse! 4-5 days later I went to another Dr. within a fraction of the time spent at Elixir I received an inhaler and antibiotics. Luckily the second Dr knew what he was doing I almost missed my flight for my wife's surgery.Not sure if your against Antibiotics or you just weren't through enough. I know you can do better because that was disrespectful and made me question your approach. Made me feel very unconfident with your services. I hope you can improve. I hope to hear a proper follow up. Cheers.

Dr.Odetola has not done a good job handling my medical issues. He doesn’t come up with solutions and just passes you off to anyone else that will do the job. He made me feel like whatever I was feeling didn’t matter. Women are always ignored and he definitely is a doctor this makes you feel this way.

My meet and greet with Dr. Oje was everything I want in a family doctor. He was very thorough and took the time to listen as well as to ask questions. I really appreciate his positive energy and professionalism.

I have just begun to see Dr. Oje and the first question he asked me was what questions I had for HIM about himself and his practice.He will admit when he doesn’t know something and will refer you to a specialist.The staff is amazing and follow-ups are prompt. I had to have records from a hospital in Ontario transferred and Taylor called personally to advise me they had received the records the morning they arrived.I have a complex medical history and Dr. Oje was patient and thorough. He ordered a battery of tests immediately and I have already received appointments for CT scans after less than a week, and a follow-up appointment was prioritized to go over results. This has never happened at any other clinic I’ve been to…ever.I’ll stop now, but I am so glad Elixir Medical and specifically Dr. Oje was recommended to me. My husband also sees Dr. Oje and has nothing but praise for him as well.
