TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

This branch is probably one of the worst branches I’ve ever been to! The service is the slowest I’ve ever seen in any location. I’ve been doing corporate business with Td for almost a decade. We closed down our corporate account and re-opened a new one with the same name and they won’t look at past history and now they want to hold checks for my company. Absolutely ridiculous and no common sense! Save yourself the hassle and go next-door to Rbc or Scotiabank.

I just talked to Travis (financial advisor) about potentially getting a HELOC. The friendliness and honesty he helped me with was unbelievable. He was very on point, knowledgeable and very understanding to my concerns. Thanks a lot Travis!

I have always had very good experiences with this branch. They are always intrested in helping solve any problems that have financially. Great staff, keep up the good work. Thanks for all your help. I have been a customer for more than 25 years.

The last 3 times I have been inside the bank Ive been disappointed. I was accused of bringing in a fraudulent cheque in by Michelle. They permitted people to wait in line without masks on, and when there was a line of 13 people they only had one teller available. Also, I waited 37 minutes in line. Any other branch of TD I have attended I have never experienced this level of disregard for customers.

I am new to Alliston, and when I attended this branch I was extremely uncomfortable, because of the teller manager (Portuguese lady? I think her name was Lucinda) she was so degrading and rude, while talking about MY OWN MONEY! I don’t even feel comfortable entering the branch in my new community because of how unprofessional and mean she is. My husband and I honestly had to go across the street and open an account and switch over our mortgage. I could not believe the horrific customer service from this branch! way to welcome in new members of the community! My old community branch was absolutely nothing like this!

Called earlier today to make an appointment to see someone about opening another account. They gave me an appointment at 2pm with Michael. I then got a email that said the appointment was at 7pm with Michael. So I called back to ask about it and the person over the phone said I had an appointment at 2pm with David. Not sure what's going on but not people I want to trust my money with. I'll make the drive to another town.Update: just got another call from the TD even after I called and cancelled the appointment, they seem to think I want to come in for the same appointment. I'm avoiding this TD at all cost. I will not trust this branch with my money or giving me advice!

I came to deposit a cheque for my dad's business account. They ended up closing the entire business account. WORST BRANCH EVER. The management is not good at all. Please visit a different Branch.

My credit card appointment with Taanian went wonderfully! She is kind, efficient, informed, and overall very helpful. She took extra measures to ensure I understood the information being presented, as well as offered her own experiences and advice allowing me to make an educated decision. Great person with a bright future ahead :)

I have recently moved to the area and this is the closest location to me for my banking and I’m considering switching banks. Every time I go in, there is a line up out the door and 2 tellers working it’s the slowest service I’ve ever seen.
