Do not order from this location!! Donairs are sub par. Everything came cold. Ordered a super with cheese. Didn’t have half the meat of a regular and they used packaged donair meat. Absolute garbage. Order from the downtown location!!!!!

Ordered Lunch Today.It showed up really quickly.The Donair was super yummy.The ceaser salad with chicken was super yummy and quality ingredients.Will definitely be ordering and supporting again!

Go to the gas station and buy a Hygard donair, if that's what you are looking for. You'll save yourself disappointment. And order the pick 4 for $35. $50 to door. Plus tip. So sad.

My family's first experience here had us order a few pizzas and donairs, with appetizers. However we had to repeat ourselves 3 times, they finally repeated it back flawlessly, THEN typed it in. All through the time they had an attitude, including with staff from the back.While we waited 3 other family's (2 order in shop, 1 order on phone) complaining about missing items, incorrect items, and excessive waits (1 hour plus, but the order wasnt started).When we received our order, we went to inspect to be safe, but the cook came up to go It is all in there"

Over 1.5 hours for delivery when told it would be 40-50 minutes. AFTER I had to call and ask where my food was as my kids are complaining they are hungry.Then they still want full price for cold old pizza.The manager then told me that I am no longer allowed to order from them and they will not serve me because THEY cant do what THEY said.Yes it may be a Friday however that is something that comes EVERY WEEK and the people taking orders ( the manager )should be aware of the timeframes and not quote a timeframe that they can not keep.100% do not recommend you give these people your service.

How the mighty have fallen. There was once a time the iconic Twisters Jumbo Donair sat atop the throne as the biggest, badest, and best Donair in the city. Now it's just a shadow of it's former self. Nothing but an over priced wrap that includes some form of donair sandwich meat. Long gone are the days of the chunky cut, mismatched, fried to perfection meat that was stuffed into an over whelmed extra large wrap that attemped to contain the delicious madness. Oh the memories. RIP my old friend.
