My house was hit by a hail storm in July 2021. I approached to Avalon for an estimate and they came into my house to explain the process. They were the only company who sat down and went through the entire process. I am glad I chose them to complete the entire repair and claim process. They had my roof and entire siding replaced. At the beginning TD only approved the siding repair but Avalon helped me to get the entire siding replaced due to color matching issue. I would recommend Avalon to everyone.

We had a good experience with Avalon construction. They completed our full roof and two sides of our home. After the 2021 hail storm hit. Any extras they found we informed our insurance and it was repaired. Amin really helped us understand the extent of the damage and Emmanuel took the time to resolve and discover any further work that needed to be done. We are happy with the outcome and pleased with advice on colour and shutters given to us but the owner of Avalon. Thanks for completing the project. The only tricky bit at the time were the staff turnover rates at Avalon, but we were well informed and the work moved forward. I would have liked a few more options for adding hardiboard rather than vinyl with a better price tag as only one option was given to us. All in all a job well done. Thank you.

The Avalon team was really great to deal with, from start to finish. Each of the trades involved in repairing the hail damage were polite, professional and very respectful. They were great at leaving everything tidy and neat before each of them left for the day. Whenever I had any questions, responses were quick and helpful. My gate was lightly damaged through the process and when I brought it to their attention, it was repaired immediately, even better than it was before. I’m very happy with the end result and would recommend Avalon to anyone who needed repairs done to their house. Thanks everyone!

I had a terrible experience with this company!!!At the beginning they are really polite and flexible with your needs, once they get their approval they have horrible attitude!!They don't answer your calls, they answer you very rude and sometimes they even hang up on you. The name of the guy who dealt with me is Gary Burns.The job has been taking forever, and they don't do what they promise you at the beginning. I had to clean my sidewalk and waterways after replacing the roof, they left it clutter with debris, and when I tried to talk to Gary he hanged up on me.HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!

Amazing service and work. The company worked with us to bridge between the insurance company and what we needed. They were very particular in their craftsmanship and took pride in the project. They replaced our roof and siding. We will certainly look to use Avalon construction in the future.

The team at Avalon was great from beginning to end. They went to bat for me when my insurance company only wanted to replace half of my roof. They brought out their own inspector to do another inspection on top of what the appraiser did. They never guaranteed that they would be able to get me approval for a full roof, but they did everything they had to, to make sure it happened. The team made a point to keep me updated throughout the process as I had a lot of things needing replaced. It was really easy to deal with them, and if there was something I wanted addressed, Gary at Avalon would take time to listen and correct whatever needed to happen. I would definitely recommend Avalon to anyone needing home construction done on their property.

Avalon worked with my parents on a Hail claim for their roof and siding. They were amazing! Patiently walked through each step with myself and my elder parents, worked as a liaison between us and the insurance company to make sure that everything that was damaged was replaced/repaired. Very thankful to the entire Avalon team for their help and guidance throughout the renovation process due to hail damage. From the initial consultation with Amin, who was so helpful and kept in constant touch with us, provided guidance and support as needed. Once the work began, both Josh and Brian messaged to provide regular updates on the work being undertaken and provided completion timelines and pictures as requested.
