good location but a bit expensive..

The service was good, friendly, heck he even had a smile on his face ! Warm greeting and nice and clean !

arrived to the store 5 minutes before close and refused to sell to me.. understandably however when a storefront closes at a certain time they should close at that time and not before hand

Great Gas Prices. The location is easy to enter and exit. The windshield wash station had lots of clean water, a good condition squeegee and lots of antifreeze to keep it liquid in below 0 weather. Pumps were clean, fast and had pay-at-the-pump option. Has a 6 bay hand-wash and a decent size convenience store. The hours are good. The station can get quite congested, but all stations can sometimes.

Giving 2 stars only bc l get gas here , the wash bays are not up too par. Either the soap doesn't come out of the brushes or the water doesn't even work! Sometimes the bays don't drain the water. I'm not paying to wash my own car while l stand in a huge puddle soaking my feet!

would be a 5star all the way.no spot rince in car was just doesnt have any pressure.great car was though

I support local and small businesses, do they need to return the favor?March 9, 2023, at 4:15 pm, I came to wash my car and took $15 coins from the cashier.After the wash due to the water and cold, I needed to use the washroom urgently.I requested the cashier to show me the washroom and he refused that it is not allowed to be used by the customers as instructed by the owner of the store. Inspiteof my repeated request that its an urgent call of nature he refused.Is it not that convenient stores at petrol pumps are for the convenience of the paying customers?$15 a month, buys unlimited car wash at Valet carwash in 2 locations at Guelph, I spent a month of amount on one wash to support local business inspire of options.Spoke to Pioneer corporate office and they are helpless as the stores are independently operated by local business.

Thought I'd drop in to buy some snacks after a car wash but had to borrow the washroom first BUT....the older guy behind the counter was absolutely rude and dismissive: stared at me, looked away, then 'No!'....I asked him: You don't have a washroom here? His answer: No public washroom!There's polite, neutral, rude and obnoxious spectrum. This guy was obnoxious.I think the guy is the owner and if so, there's not much hope for this place to improve. Maybe they have some pleasant staff here but I'm not going back to find out. No wonder they are never busy around here.I guess he didn't think I looked like a customer and so was not worth being courteous. I changed my mind and did not buy anything after all. Won't be doing any more car washes around here either.

Carwash bays are rarely operational, and they don't offer full refunds when your coins get stuck.
