I bought a lot of clothing recently at the store because they have BOGO 50% off promo. However, when I went there to exchange one of the skirt to an sweater, which they are enroll in the promotion, the staff named Agnes gave ma hard time. She told me If i exchange, I have to pay the full price for the exchange item. I asked her why, she said it's company policy, I only purchased 1 item at this time. But I just wanna exchange not buying addition item, they should be able to do exchange with same promo for me. I told her I talked to manager 2 days ago she said I can exchange within 30 days and as long as the new item is under same promotion, I can exchange it. But she wouldn't do it for me, she told me I can come back later when manager is here. I don't really wanna come back again. In the end, I have to return one more item and re-purchase it with exchange. I've shopped any store doing exchange like this.I DEFINITELY Will Never Buy at That STORE EVER AGAIN!!!!! Really disappointed....from poor Costumer service and policy....Thank you

Cute store inside Hillcrest mall. Prices are reasonable for the baby clothes.

Unfortunately I must agree with many other reviewers on here. Terrible customer service. I was with my 5 year old daughter, next in line. The woman at cash was chatting and the other employee completely ignored her request for backup. Instead, she was showing clothes to customers who came in after I stood in line. I went in for a quick exchange (the exact same item) due to mine being damaged. This also took way longer than it should. Any other store does it without an interrogation. Extremely rude. I will not be coming back.Also, for the prices, these clothes don't hold up well at all. I wash with delicate detergent and hang to dry. These pants look like they've been washed 100 times instead of twice.

The store is so fantastic. I really enjoyed how caring the employees were and how they took the time to help me out. The prices are also really awesome so I would suggest really taking your time!

Bad experience with exchanges with this store. Sales staff keep insisting the clothes I’m exchanging we’re worn and washed when there is clearly tags on them and I also had the receipt with me. The clothes were bought exactly a week ago and they weren’t used or worn at all. I don’t get the concept.Bought here a lot of times before and clearly I’m not going back again and going through this nonesense.
