3 service agents and 15 minutes just to cancel my insurance. Poor service

My sister was giving up driving and wanted to gift her car to my daughter but unfortunately it can't be done from an aunt to a niece, however our service agent Jeff suggested an alternative which would work for us. He was very professional and extremely pleasant to deal with and is definitely an asset to Capri Insurance. I have dealt with Capri for a number of years and with agents like this I will continue to deal with this company.

My husband and I bought a new car last week from Kelowna Hyundai and Katie d’Oust came to the dealership to insure our new car and change over our plates etc. Katie was super friendly and very knowledgeable at her job! She took the time to explain everything to us and all our coverage options! I Would definitely recommend Katie at Capri Insurance for any of your insurance needs!

We had an extremely wonderful experience with Katie D'Aoust, she made a generally very boring experience into a lively, fun and exciting encounter... She was professional whilst being friendly, charismatic and personal catering the experience to our needs, rather than making it fell like a chore. i would recommend anyone that has insurance needs to contact her for 10/10 service! The woman I dealt with today at the front desk had no idea about ICBC policies. I asked some basic questions and got continuous shoulder shrugs and I don't knows"

I have a commercial liability insurance with Capri for a few years now. Absolutely amazing customer service, helpful and professional over the years!!Edit: in May 2017 the resort got hit by a storm pretty badly, several cabins were damaged by big trees. The next day they sent an adjuster, a few days later all trees were removed, a few weeks later all damage was repaired and paid for. No fuss, excellent service!!

Krishen was absolutely amazing to work with. I was having such a hard time registering my out of province vehicle and I called a few insurance companies and everyone gave me a very complicated answer. Krishen not only found a solution for my issue but also got me a great policy package. Once again, last week he was very helpful in transferring my policy to my new leased vehicle and he made it very simple and easy. Thank you Krishen.

We were looking to transfer insurance for our daughter from Alberta to British Columbia. We fully understand that ICBC has a monopoly on insurance there and the rules can be quite different but the most disappointing thing was the lack of customer service in the four agencies we tried before this one to the point where two of them had our daughter in tears. I called directly to the Operations Manager at Capri insurance and he assured me that he understood our dilemma and would be happy to help. He put me in touch with Tracy at the Powick Road location. She was absolutely incredible. Patient, kind and willing to seek solutions. She even stayed late to accommodate our daughter's overly busy schedule. The premium was less than expected and all is once again as it should be. We are so very impressed and grateful for her time and understanding. She was terrific!

Another good company, now failing.People that dont know the business and are unfriendly. Sad, what can I say!
