I took my doggie, Kobe, here today to be bathed and groomed. What a wonderful job she did!! It was Kobe's first time here as he has been to different groomers. I was very dissatisfied with most places I went to as they never cut enough fur off Kobe's face. The young woman that groomed Kobe here today did exactly what I asked her to do. She knows alot about dogs and her info to me was very helpful. Such a sweet and caring person she is!! I will definitely be bringing Kobe here from now on!! I give Petite Urban Pooch a 5 star rating!! Thanks so much!! I am so sorry I forgot her name but I will be sure to give a call tomorrow to find out!!

Did a great job on the cut the first visit, groomer was really friendly, price was really fair, and my dog was really happy leaving.I am disappointed with their customer service on my appointments following as it was really unprofessional. My father booked an appointment and they never answered to confirm the appointment and so he didn't go. After that because I had such a great experience I myself and my dads dogs for a cut thinking it was a one off.When we tried to call the day prior to confirm again she hadn't answer. We thought they were busy and if anything was different they would let us know so we went. When I got to the appointment the groomer wasn't even there. No one had called or tried to contact either of us though they had our emails and number. There was no reason for the cancellation given other than the groomer wasn't there. Disappointed because it was a good experience the first time.

I loved coming to Petite Urban Pooch - through AirBnB I payed a small fee and got to come and play with the little doggies at their daycare - which was a great healing time for ME, and also the dogs LOVED having another person there to bark at, jump up on, get attention from.The dogs are so very well looked after: instead of leaving their dogs at home while they’re at work, some people have opted to bring their furry friends HERE, where there’s interaction, lots of toys, and the owner is a woman who quite obviously loves the little dogs more than anything: their care and well-being is her top priority. The volunteer I met was maneuvering dogs two-at-a-time to their dinners like they were school kids.Some of the dogs have been coming here for years... and a few of them I just fell in love with. And they keep the numbers below fifteen dogs at a time, so that no dog goes without enough attention, bathroom breaks out in the back, or hugs.I hope I get a chance to come back at least one more time - Petite Urban Pooch is such a lovely idea, and a great asset to the community.

My dog Penny is an older dog and a rescue. She is very timid, and just cant handle being around big dogs if they are playing so i was so thankful to find Petite Urban Pooch. I feel safe leaving her with Morgan and her staff. I send her once a week to get her out socializing with other dogs and i have seen a big difference in her since going. She gets super excited when we get out of the car and realizes she is going to PUP. :) The doggy socials are also really great time for you and your dog to meet new friends. Plus if there are puppies at the social, would doesn't want to cuddle with puppies :)

I can't begin to tell you about the total love that Cindy and Nik show for our Max. It was so hard to leave him for two weeks but they took such amazing care of him - sending us lots of pics and notes to tell us how Max was doing. He was out with them, everywhere they went - and got lots of love and attention - and yes - sleeping in the bed. He loved his slumber pawty with Bella and Blue. Because Max is wee, they are very conscious of when play time is too much for him - making sure that he has his quiet time too. We're so lucky to have such amazing people taking care of our boy.

Love this place. I take my puppy there at least once a week. Amazing staff that truly love animals. My Bentley always gets super excited when he finds out he's going there and can't wait to see the other dogs.

Cocoa, my sweet little pup, had a very hard time finding a good over night ' camp ' the first one we tried had a very big effect on her, so bad she had to go to the vet! But here cocoa is happy and treated like the sweetheart she is! I love seeing the pics of cocoa having fun there! Best spot for small dogs by far! I'd give this 10 stars if I could
