TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

I’ve been with TD for about 9 years and recently had some issues about an unnecessary fraud alert on my account. Although the company as a whole seems to have a system set in place for those situations that is not helpful, the employees of this branch were very nice and upon expressing my frustration the manager reached out and was able to get the situation resolved within the week for me. Grateful for the service from this branches employees, specially the manager and the one newer employee I’ve dealt with through majority of these issues. It’s just too bad this level of help was necessary due to TD’s system.

Very rude people specially some girls , they don’t know how to talk with customers, arrogant showing high level of attitude, they don’t even have enough knowledge, they do not understand what you are saying , I spend like 30 minutes talking with them , explaining my issue, but the young girl and the lady didn’t understand and then i prefer to walk away because i think they are just wasting my time. Never coming back on this location again.

Very rude old employees. They don't even treat their new employees well .Used to be a good bank but now they don't care about customers. They are just looking people to deposit money and leave.old ladies employees if you ask them question they start speaking loudly so that you feel embankment and don't ask them question Never going to this branch again switching my account to another bank aswell.

Omg those people are the worst employees and managers I have ever seen racially harassed if you are not Indian especially if you’re black don’t go there. They block my card twice in two months for no reason just withdraw some money in my account when I already gave them my passport and my driver license and my card they still chose to harass my rights and locked my card and couldn’t use 4 days. Bajit Chabl. And i filled a complaint against them for TD

Today I have recieved call at 9.20 am at my phone but can’t attend the call because when I was drive . Then I check on google this is branch number then I call same time but no any one pick the phone . Then I was visit the branch 9.30 am because I am very surprised about the call as we know no without any reason bank call to customer . When I was asked and show the number at branch then they have not any specific answer who call to me . Counter executive arround 4 time visit at manger counter and manager also seen me but no she not need to come communicate with me as you know many of new staff in this branch every time but lady manager is working here in very long time I am arround 8 yrs old customer of this branch and I have also bussiness and personal accounts . No any one give the specific answer who call to me at the branch . But don’t worry no problem . Manager need to be proper customer care training agin and staff too . All customer deserves respect and proper good customer service . No attitude changes at this branch for many years . I don’t know why td bank not follow this reviews . But many more td banks are good service but this branch is deserve zero star specially for lady manager . Thanks

I wanted to give negative stars. They gave me wrong swift code printed on a paper for wire transfer. How could bank could be so irresponsible. Now i have to pay fee again and go through all hastle of doing wire transfer. We trust you guys for providing us with right info but this is really so irresponsible of you guys.

I kindly request to visit an alternative TD branch, as the majority of the staff is friendly and accommodating. However, there is one particular individual named Parm Johal, seated at the back, who exhibited unprofessional behavior during my recent visit. Parm Johal's conduct, including staring in an uncomfortable manner and displaying rudeness, was not in line with the expected standards of customer service. I strongly urge TD to address this issue and provide additional customer service training for Parm Johal. While I appreciate TD reaching out, I regret to inform you that I will not be returning to this specific branch in the future. On a positive note, the City Parkway branch offered a significantly different experience with a professional and pleasant atmosphere.

Line ups out the door only three tellers working. Had to wait over 35mins to access my safety deposit box. What’s the point of a desk?
