When Christelle joined our clinic, I wanted to try reflexology right away. I work quite a bit, so anything that supports my body to relax is helpful. I was determined to stay awake to experience the whole thing. Christelle's presence and touch is very calming and she knew what spots to go to and could tell what part of my back was tense. Despite my determination to stay awake I fell asleep part way, and then I got up feeling so relaxed and calm. I would find this treatment very helpful as part of a routine to support my body's overall health and in particular help relax body tension and my nervous system. I also enjoyed a facial with Christelle that was extremely relaxing and left me feeling pampered, and my dry skin felt soft and hydrated. I gifted a reflexology session with Christelle. It was the most relaxing hour I've had in a long time! Gentle in touch, gentle music.
