Brought my car in for body repair, Victor was very transparent about everything had my car fixed very quickly and it looks great. If I ever get my car smoked again I’d come here ASAP.

I had a collision repair with them about 6 years ago and had a good experience with Victor so when I saw that they do winter tires I thought I would give them a try again. What a terrible experience when I was helped by the owner John. I called about 3 weeks ago to ask for pricing and he told me that they do store tires and the cost would be $60 for the year. I booked an appointment and came in to get my winter tires this week. The first person that helped me had no clue that I had an appointment so he went to get John. When he called me to tell me my vehicle was ready I asked him again to confirm that he can store my tires and said yes the cost will be $80/year. Ok so the price went up $20 in the 3 weeks since, sure I can understand that as prices can change. I went to pick up my vehicle about 2 hours after the call and was ready to tell him to store the tires but then he tells me now it's $90/year, that it went up because he is running out of room. So their prices change by the hour now? Even after they quoted you a price earlier in the day. Of course I didn't do it. When I got in my vehicle I saw that they put the tires in my vehicle without bags, so in my back seat there were tires just sitting on my leather seats now covered in dirt. AVOID THIS PLACE, give your money to Costco or Canadian Tire or something because they oblivious don't honor what they say.

Got into an accident and had my car serviced here. The service was excellent and the staff was very professional! The only downside was some of the parts needed for repair took a while , but they updated me on the status efficiently and I understand that is out of their control anyways. Overall great experience! Would HIGHLY recommend

Fantastic service and great people to work with! They fixed my issue in less than a week and I received updates throughout! They even guided me in my interaction with ICBC. I also appreciate the complimentary car detailing. This will be my go-to shop in the future!

One word for this location is Excellent service! During this busy time where most of the auto repair shops said repair will take upto 3 months. I was really out of options to get my car repaired. Only this location was ready to take my car right away for repair and also provided courtesy car on same day. They have amazing team who actually wants to help you out asap. They fixed my car in less than a 2 weeks and it’s looks like brand new again. Thank you Grand performance Team!Specially Victor and Jonathan :)

I always go for John for his attention and excellence in service. Had an accident with my Porsche Cayenne and was in need of urgent major repairs. Victor, the estimator was very helpful and made the initial assessment, ICBC approval, courtesy rental and repair process painless. I literally didn't have to anything. They got the work done ahead of schedule. The repair was amazing and the car looks sparkly new as if nothing happened at all. They also gave it a nice wash before handing back to me. Accident aside, I really couldn't ask for a better outcome.Highly recommended.

Great service. They were able to accommodate a last minute same day appointment for brake pads replacement at reasonable price. I have been taking all my vehicles to them for repairs and services. Definitely recommended.
