YEG Cooking Classes

We had so much fun doing the pizza and calzone cooking class! So many fantastic tips about how to make both dishes. The staff were wonderful!Definitely recommend for a date night or family outing! I will definitely attend another class in the future!

Attended two excellent classes at our recent convention. Both were accessible, informative and fun. Antonio is a great teacher who leavens his encyclopedic knowledge of the food world with humility, humour and charm.

We had an absolutely amazing time at our cooking class today! Antonio was such a pleasure to work with and made it fun and easy for our group. It was the perfect afternoon for a birthday celebration and the food was so delicious. Can’t say enough great things about our experience, highly recommend!

⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ We just finished cooking and eating at this place and it was FANTASTIC! Antonio is an incredible instructor and knows his stuff. He is really funny too and made the class very fun and enjoyable. My wife and I regularly go on dates and this is definitely one of the top dates we have been on. The food was also so SO delicious! I did not want the juicy steak, asparagus, watermelon salad, and the blueberry pie to end! All of it was so so tasty! Was well worth it. Thanks for a memorable night. 5 out of 5 stars! ⭐️

Fantastic Experience - a friend and I booked a cooking class and we were so excited to be making pasta. Antonio was friendly, funny and very knowledgeable. We had a great time learning a new culinary skill and now have the ability to make this at home. All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating as well. We were given a choice of drink to start and then the cooking began. When we were all finished cooking we were given a plate of bruschetta to go with our meal and a beautiful desert to finish everything off. I would recommend this for a date night as it is an inexpensive evening out and you are learning to cook together, which is wonderful shared experience.

My family (husband and two adult children) and I took a cooking class in May just for something different to do together. It was SO much fun. Chef Antonio was a wonderful teacher. He was very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and very entertaining and encouraging. We learned how to make pizza and calzones from scratch and got to enjoy a meal together afterwards. I highly recommend taking a Sorrentino’s cooking class. It was a delicious way to make memories!

I took the Beginning Pasta Masterclass and the Cooking with Parmigiano-Reggiano sessions that were offered at GETCA with Chef Antonio Tardi and they were both phenomenal! Antonio is so passionate, energetic, and wants everyone to enjoy the process of learning. I would highly recommend YEG Cooking Classes above some other cooking classes I have tried in the Edmonton area. YEG Cooking Classes is worth every penny for the experience, quality or dishes/ingredients, and the knowledge you walk away with. I can’t wait to take more courses!

Had a fantastic mother/daughter pasta cooking class with Chef Antonio. It was so much fun, he provided excellent instruction, and our meal turned out beautifully! The staff were friendly and efficient…the whole evening was wonderful. Highly recommend!

Had a blast learning from Chef Antonio!! Cannot say how fun our private function was with him for Orecchiette. The food was amazing and taught me a lot. 100% would recommend this for a group activity or team building.

Chef Antonio graciously led our teacher's convention session today! What a great experience! He is authentic, a great teacher, fun and brought inspiration. I learned new content and skills today -thank you for this awesome opportunity!
