I ordered the #9 combo. Why did they assume I wanted the spicy? There definitely seemed to be a push for speed, which was a success. Remember to ask for what you want.

The lettuce was dry and was soon to be bad the meat tasted off. Everytime we go it's a bad decision. They don't train there employees to the service they need to learn. Way to expensive for what you get 15$ for 1 burger and small fries

Alright, just stopped in for a breakfast meal here. Wow. Had a baconator on a croissant, damn that was good. Will not get a take out breakfast anywhere else from now on. The right amount of meat cheese egg ratio but they also put on a sauce, so your bun isn't this dried out thing. Delicious

I have never been treated so rudely in my lifetime or subjected to the embarrassment that I was by the on duty manager today named “ Kran Peter “!I attended this location last approximately 4 months ago on our way travelling north to Edmonton as we usually do, well unfortunately at that visit our meals were not very good and I think they messed one or two up and the fries were on the colder side and soggy and they mixed up our drinks and it was just over all a bad experience, so I called them as we drove down the highway more and spoke with someone who said that we could come back and they would fix it but I informed them that we do not come through often but would next time we are in the area and the person I spoke with said they would be happy to replace our families meals at no cost.Well, today we are travelling by that location so I decided to stop in… I explained my need to the lady taking orders and then a young man came out and was incredibly rude right off the bat, he informed me that he couldn’t find my name and he was carrying a binder and therefor needed proof that I wasn’t trying to “scam” and “get free food”… I was shocked, I have no proof and didn’t think I would need it but I told him I don’t know what to do… he was ruder and louder and even the other cutsormers around and my children who were present were all shocked by the treatment I was receiving, I told him I have plenty of money and am happy to pay for the food but I wanted his actual store managers name and contact information because the way I was just accosted by him was unacceptable and he walked away - after a while of me standing there totally confused he came back and gave me a piece of paper and told me to call me tomorrow and speak to the manager “Simar Jeed” and that if I wanted to pay I could have food but otherwise get out of his store if I’m just looking for free food - in front of other people and my children!!I paid for our food no problem, and while we were filling up the drinks I had several customers come over and tell me that specific Wendy’s location is “the worst they’ve ever been too” another couple came over and told me “ the way he talked to you was absurd and we are never coming back here again”, I want to also note that even the other employees were giving me sympathetic looks from their stations.I did not deserve to be accused, yelled at and insulted and I’m astonished that such a rude human being as “ Kran Peter” has been promoted to a shift leader/ manager.We will never stop there on our travels again, and we have been doing so for years…I highly suggest to everyone that happens to come across this review to save your money and go somewhere that you will get quality food and quality service and treated with respect.

I was super impressed by the quality of food. Often fast food can be served stale and cold, but this food was delicious! The interior also has a great atmosphere! Would recommend!

They can't get orders correct. Last 2 times I ordered sausage and got bacon. Today I specifically made sure to emphasize sausage and that is all I got, there is no egg!

The managers are never working they just talk and joke around and never take your order seriously it was hard for me to understand their accent. May be I am wrong but I had the worst experience because I saw one of the manager joking around and doing nothing her name was Ramam or I don’t remember but not very nice and very rude . I was surprised to know that she is the manager who don’t even know how to welcome the guests or talk I hope Wendy will find people who really want to work and can speak better English. And managers can also work along with the other staff rather than just talking . Will not be going to this location anymore.

Newly renovated and expanded menu includes breakfast now!Still maintaining high quality burgers and salads.Clean, bright and comfortable atmosphere for dine in.

Busy location but the service was good. I like fresh food that Wendy's offers. The burgers and fries were hot. Gotta like a frosty on a hot day.
