We made the switch to Mill Street Family Dental in 2022 and can't be any happier! Dr. Jake and his team are great with our young children and overall are very personable. They truly take the time to get to know their patients, making the environment very friendly. The office's hours are amazing which helps with our busy schedules and overall, the team provides outstanding care to our entire family. I recently switched to Mill Street Family Dental since my other dentist was too far. Not only did I get a same day appointment with Mill Street, but they went above and beyond my expectations.The staff was incredibly welcoming & kind. While in the chair my dentist constantly checked to make sure I was comfortable.When I needed to submit for my insurance at the end they went out of their way to make sure I got the most out of my service without needing to pay any extra.I will now be using Mill Street for my entire family!

The entire team @ Mill Street Family Dental is amazing. They take care of us at every appointment. From the reception desk, to the hygienist, to Dr. JJ. They are always smiling and accommodating, especially for our kids. Highly recommended!

Saw when the Mill Street Family Dental was being built during the pandemic lockdown when I went for my walks at lunchtime. Recently needed to switch dentist, looked up dentists in the area saw that they had since opened. Called for a consultation and was super impressed with their willingness to work around my work schedule and last minute request. The office is beautiful with superb customer service and necessary machinery to get the work done. I was scheduled in no time to get my routine check-up and cleaning done. Plus, needed paperwork were communicated sent to me prior to my first appointment that help save time and made my visit a breeze. My hygienist was very knowledgeable and nobody was trying to upsell or force recommendation on you. I highly recommend this dental office.

Amazing staff, I highly recommend them for children. My 10 year old daughter is very comfortable with everyone there.Guilia is just amazing with taking care of patients appointments and even checking in personally. My mother recently had her leg amputated and she checked in on the surgery date to see if everything went well.They are just an amazing caring office. Thank you all for being amazing❤️

As a new patient at Mill Street Dental, I have had a great experience from registration to cleaned teeth. Everyone there was super friendly, informative, and made you feel welcome and at ease to be there. I'd definitely recommend them if you're looking for a new dentist.

We moved to the area and I heard from a neighbor about this office. Decided to make an appointment for my 3 year old who is terrified of the dentist.Everyone from the front desk to the dentist is so kind and caring. The dental hygienist was so sweet to my daughter and let her know step by step what was happening and why, she let her do things to a display set of teeth and at the end she got a little prize. We have been going ever since and she loves it! She even tells her friends about her dentist!

Dr. Jake is amazing! He’s so good with all of us, including my 4 year old son. The office is beautiful. We actually followed Dr. Jake when we moved. He cares and is super friendly and they have weekend appointments. Highly recommend them.

Great family dental office. Everyone was so patient and kind with my two children (age 2 and 4) for their first dental experiences. My son is actually excited to come back and show everyone how well he's been taking care of his teeth. The visit was great right from the start. Mill street family dental is very organized and communicative when it came to our appointments. We were seen promptly at our scheduled time and received reminder texts about our upcoming appointments well in advance. Overall I am extremely satisfied with this office and am looking forward to our next visit.
