Davidson Roof Cleaning

We are so pleased with the work Alexander and his team at Davidson Roof Cleaning did for us. Our 22 year old concrete tile roof was super mossy and there were black streaks developing here and there as well. Alexander came by and after determining what work was needed, prepared an estimate for us. We agreed and he and his team did the work perfectly and on time. Always did great job on our gutters. Last year had Davidson do our roof and results were amazing. The price was reasonable and is a good investment for prolonging the life of the roof. This year we will need some pressure washing done in addition to gutters so expect same level of results.

We had Alex & Amanda remove the moss from our shingled roof yesterday. Wow what a difference!Our house has a row of Douglas fir trees on the windward side and needles build up on the roof, with moss growing way too well on the shady side.Their long day of work resulted in our roof looking as good as it did when we built the house. We live in amongst large cedars and maple trees. For years our metal roof was a mess and beginning to become a hazard. We tried a number of roof cleaners, a few never returned our calls and others were concerned about roof pitch and whether they could make enough money on the job. Finding Alex and Davidson Roof Cleaning was pretty awesome. I don’t know if our roof has ever looked as good as it does now. Free of debris and moss and amazingly clean. Alex dropped by a few months after cleaning the roof to ask if we were satisfied. When he noticed debris from a recent major wind storm he took it upon himself to climb up and blow it clean. Our cedar roofs ranging in age from 6-30 look like new. The cleaning solution and system is quite amazing and so much better than what we had done by another company about 5+ years ago.
