Absolutely amazing service. I came there June 9th in a emergency situation needing a pull cord replacement for my Backpack Fogger.It was replaced and installed in under 5 minutes and saved my entire weekend with of work!Thank you so much! Unreal expertise and customer service.

I brought my back pack blower into the shop to get serviced and the entire experience from start to finish was amazing. Not so typical when trying to get repairs done on small equipment. It was very refreshing. Shout out to Thor the mechanic who made the repairs! I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing small engine repairs and services.

Friendly staff and great service. I recently brought in my lawnmower which had been overheating and a weed trimmer to them for a tune up. They took the time to show me how to use my trimmer which has been sitting unused due to me being intimidated by it! I will definitely come back, have a chainsaw and leaf blower that also need some attention.

Since I found I Know A Guy last winter I’ve been back many times snowblower and lawnmower related times. Very friendly and knowledgeable. If by chance the part you need isn’t in stock he gets it in for you quickly. It’s great to have a reliable shop like this in town. 2 thumbs up.

Our lawnmower stubbornly wouldn’t start again after the winter layover and needed some attention. Peter looked after things from start to finish and had us up and running great within 24 hours. Small “Fix-it” businesses like this are hard to find anymore and are invaluable to our “throw away” society. Very personable and at a reasonable cost. And, they stand behind they’re work 100%.

Great guys in this shop and very reasonable prices too! They pick up and deliver back to you quickly! Very easy to deal with! We have been using these guys for a while and not even 1 issue or problem. You want it done right call I know a guy"! Half the price of the local dealers!
